He wanted to act from a young age, and enjoyed watching Grease, Michael Jackson and James Bond. He trained at the Arts Educational Schools in London, before getting a part in the West End musical Wicked. He appeared in the West End musical Wicked for four years.
Danny Mac is a West End trained dancer, that's even more of a ringer than John Barrowman :D
and Louise Redknapp also has got dancing experience
she went to Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London

having said all of this, Danny is a good performer, and i like all of his 4 dances so far :)
but then again i prefer the eager and wanting to learn every dance mentality of Daisy, who danced 4 really good dances, not overdoing or doing too much, but just enough :)
Danny got the rumba, well he must be careful not to make it too sexy or raunchy, which i really hate from the rumba :)

He was an understudy in Wicked for the part of Bok, but there wasn't much dancing in it. I know because i saw that play and it's a small part. Then he was in Legally Blonde, but not much dancing also. He's not a professional dancer, he was at stage school, but hasn't danced for years. He was a young kid when he was in Les Miserables. Let's not forget that Louise went to the Italia Conti school and is also a stage school person. But of course only Danny gets hassle for it. :fist:

It pisses me off that so many celebs have had some kind of dance experience, and yet only Danny gets hassle for it. :nono: Louise and Lesley have danced before, but no one ever mentions it. Rumors have it that Ore has also danced before, it was James Jordan who said it. Now i detest James with a passion, but he's a dancer and he will know who has danced before and who hasn't.

You can tell Danny has had dance training, whereas Ore has improved week by week, Danny has been good from the offset and I prefer seeing a journey where someone gets better at dancing.
