In January, channel TLC will air Celebrity Fat Fighters - a three-part series that will see seven famous faces try and turn flab into abs.
And leading the celebrity contestants in their extreme weight-loss challenge is EastEnders star Riley Carter Millington, who'll be swapping Walford for something altogether more challenging when he leaves the soap - although here's hoping he won't have to blackmail anybody on this new show.
Over three episodes Riley will be joined by six other celebrities - including The X Factor alumnus Stevi Ritchie, Big Brother's Lateysha Grace, Gogglebox's Sandi Bogle, The Only Way is Essex's James 'Diags' Bennewith, actress Jennifer Ellison and comedian Danny Miles - as they are put through their paces to lose weight and kick bad habits like smoking too.
Putting them through the ringer will be Galia Grainger, a famous Russian lifestyle coach with unorthodox methods and a no-nonsense attitude.
And what are those unorthodox methods, you may ask? Well, living off just 400 calories a day and over eight hours of unconventional, but intense, training will just about do it.
"Our seven brave celebrities are in for a very unique brand of shock therapy as they bid to take back control of their body and mind," Clare Laycock, Head of TLC said.
"Expect sweat, tears, hunger pangs and unlikely friendships but no treats at this retreat for the rich and famous."
Maybe don't watch this show while eating a takeaway then.
