Technically they had a mini conflict for a couple of episodes because Laura pre judged Charlie before meeting her because this was back when Jason was popular in the house. It was then exposed to the house and Charlie got mad. After Laura apologises repeatedly and Charlie yells at her and Evelyn "Do not talk to me! Do not talk to me!" they then go on to never speak to each other again in the house

Charlie was more friends with Jayne and Hughie whereas Laura was friends with Evelyn.
