What is the point in a 2 hour launch show now really?

Ugh

I actually don't mind how they've done it this year, they've teased us with what looks like a promising group of 6, and the other 10/12 will be revealed for the first time on launch night

Have they said that the others will be revealed on launch?

I don't like it either, but they've actually done a good job this time unlike BB16.

They will do 6 more tommorrow and on Sunday and the diary room chair on Monday and then they'l actually have done great at building some hype for the launch.

And unlike BB16 it makes sense to announce them this time as the public is voting some in.

Doesn't bother me. I'd rather know now than be disappointed at the end of the launch show.

It's fine, it could make the people intrigued and can post on social media, or housemates' relatives might do the same.
The show needs publicity, so it is acceptable.

I've avoided the leaks.

They've got to do what they can to get people tuning in. Clearly the anticipation of who's going in isn't doing anything for the GP.

Who says that? Doesn't make any sense releasing 6 but no more.

It is most likely this are the housemates and the other ones will need to win a public vote

I have a feeling we won't be voting on whose a housemate anymore. I think we'll just be deciding the elected housemates who sleep in the luxury bedroom and the non elected who will sleep in the grubby bedroom. It won't have any impact on how long they stay in the house or whatever it'll just entail their treatment.
