When he says gypo, it doesn't mean white person it means he's using the fact that Hughie is an irish traveller against him. Gypsy is a racial term used for travellers while gypo is used for offense against travellers the same way something like the N word is. Calling Ryan a "queen" is homophobic because it's poking at his masculinity simply because he's attracted to men. It can also be seen as "drama queen" towards the stereotype that gay men are overtly flamboyant. And Marco is trash because he looks and acts like a gutter rat.
