Lots of the cast know each other. They were probably so overwhelmed on launch night that they didn't immediately go 'Oh we've known each other for 4 years' or whatever. Kayleigh/Chanelle/Ellie/Kieran would have all known each other for definite because they'd be in the same circle of reality stars etc.
