Does BB have an idea how things will pan out?

Let's just assume BB still do psychological tests etc. Would they draw up profiles, like personality type (INTJ or whatever), IQ, Emotional Intelligence, all that? If so, they could probably get a good idea how certain HMs would react to certain stimuli, and how they would react to one another? If so, they could probably know how each week would go, based on what tasks etc they're gonna set,...

It seems to me that they don't look that deeply into it anymore. They seem to just pick mainly reality TV stars, they may as well all be the same person

They literally get people on Tinder to apply, so they probably remind them it'll ruin their life, ask them to suck someone off in the shower for airtime, send them on their way and then have an asparagus woman psychologically assess them on BOTS
