I know I'm moaning again, but we keep losing interesting Housemates in favour of Showmances.

More popular Housemates with the public are being edited out in favour of these Showmances.

The show also should've made sure that one of Arthur or Sukhvinder was around by week 3, Imran is also more interesting than Rebecca.

Imo if Rebecca had've gone tonight then we would've started the process of wiping out the Showmancers, but instead we've still got the four Showmancers still in there because of some stupid split vote between Sukhvinder and Imran.

How do the producers fix this show? Imo they need to start showing the others more, and maybe get in a couple of new Housemates (which I don't normally recommend) to maybe liven this series up.

While im not against them in (restricted) moderation, when you have almost the whole episodes dedicated to them it can be annoying especially as you say, other entertaining housemates highlights get left out.

The Sukhvinder one could've been avoided if the show wasn't so obsessed with showing Rebecca all of the time with her thing for Kieran.

They fix it by not trying to fix it.

They just let it play out, with longer cuts and real human interaction.

They also bring back live feed 24/7.

In short, they stop trying to control it and lie to us.

Mandy could have been good...but she wouldn't have caused drama. I liked Arthur but he had no support and ended up isolated and it became uncomfortable to watch. Imran and Sukhvinder were on a mission...they had a game plan and the minute one of them got kicked out the other was always going to follow. They played chalk and cheese and I for one didn't fall for it. Sukhvinder saying she doesn't like confrontation in her interview :shrug:...she caused most of it. Imran never once attempted to make her stay without him...they knew exactly what they were doing and I'm glad they are gone.
Get some new housemates....and no showmance wannabes.
I just wish BB would give airtime to the less confrontational ones...and give us a fair shout.

There are so many other shows that do the whole showmance thing its annoying, I remember old BB that didnt have any showmances (or maybe one at most) but thats like going back a decade. That why we started getting grumpy with it. Like other members have said it all feels scripted too. Awful *tut tut*

Yup. Whenever they try to do something it makes things worse. So 2 big characters have walked, and the first 2 evictees aren't to peoples tastes. Its not the end of the world. A couple of newbies (with NO connection to existing housemates) maybe to replace the walkers. But less 'trying to fix' things please.

I don't think it's dead yet but I'm curious how will things play out now that the couple that provided a lot of drama have left. It may become boring and insufferable or maybe there will be more fun and genuine moments showed in the HLs.

I also hope that the new housemates are interesting and not just housemates' exes/enemies.

This series is hanging by a thread and I could tell by Emma's interview last night that even she being a fan like all of us first and a presenter second that she is worried.

It is as if Channel 5 are deliberately trying to sabotage the civilian Big Brother and subject us to possibly 3 series of celebrity big brother. It is overkill.
