Were Lotan and Tom not punished for discussing nominations?

Catching up

During the nominations episode Lotan and Tom were conspiring about who they were going to nominate and it couldn't of been anymore obvious they were talking about Hannah. Such a blatant rule break and they should of lost their right to nominate, I don't know why this gets ignored but BB are quick to gather the housemates and try and call out Chanelle for throwing eggs, the favoritism is so real.

I thought they were just talking about who they thought would go? (hope they are wrong...they all seem so sure its Hannah)

Also the egg thing, Chanelle wasn't pulled on it. The butter/egg was dangerous so BB had to intervene. pretty sure they didn't say anything about it being Chanelle chucking eggs

Yes the producers seem to favour Lotan though. But they also favour Chanelle. None of the others get a look in :S

Talking about noms gets stupid punishments as usual though...if any. Jail time and hot water off. Should be whoever was discussing them up automatically tbh. Or them losing their votes at the least
