Because the eggs were being dropped without others knowing so was quite dangerous,even Rebecca slipped on one ( wonder if that's how she hurt her arm)plus Raph putting one in the butter was dangerous,with the chocolate,it was three of them in a room doing it,none of the others were put in danger,hence why BB let it go
