Two fanbases agreeing that Tom should be the victim probably means that CHanelle'e safe. Also, the general public that stan Chanelle/any of the outsiders will target Tom as he's the new leader for the clique (I mean, who else would it be, Ellie?!) and he's definitely been more negative than anyone else remaining in the clique, so people will target Tom for that. Also, Isabelle being a queen came at the price of her becoming a victim of the clique-supporters, so the votes will split between Chanelle and Isabelle (maybe Hannah too?)
