View Full Version : Ellie "I have a bruise"? Look who was proven a liar, while Ellie was cleared.

Shame on the people that took the opportunity out there to jump all over her on Twitter and the like, spreading their toxic lies, and the ones ready to jump on the bandwagon and believe the worst with no evidence.
"I have a bruise"? Really, no you don't, but you are a liar.
But, I guess that settles that. Deb was warned for aggressive behaviour, Ellie was not. Ellie was fully cleared of hitting anyone, exposing the lie.
Claiming someone physically struck you when they didn't is probably one of the scummiest things I have seen done on BB. It's such a serious accusation. A real attempt to falsely accuse another person of breaking the actual law and ruin their reputation. Everyone even 1% honest should be condemning it.
The sisters are unstable liars and a danger to the other HMs. They have pulled this bait and switch (be aggressive, and when you get a reaction turn victim, even if you have to lie) too many times now.
Jessica.

No doubt Ellie's hand connected with Hannah's face/head going by that gif. Why Ellie felt the need to get involved like she did is beyond me. It was actually nothing to do with her. And judging by tonight's episode she can't have been that obsessed with Lotan like we was lead to believe, she didn't seem to give a toss he was removed.
She's a sly one is that Ellie, along with Kieran. Both sly and untrustworthy. What you see is what you get with the others, good or bad, with them you never know what's really going on.

BB have the cameras with slo mo and they said she didnt hit her so thats where it ends, Ellie has been cleared and all the threads and posts slagging ellie off for being aggressive are nothing more than ill informed rubbish. Hannah has been outed as a drama queen and a liar and her sister isnt much better. Ellie did nothing more than act as a mediator, period.

Whether Ellie hit Hannah or not, without doubt Ellie was behaving in an aggressive manner- shouting, screaming, trying to square up to others and repeatedly shouting 'Hit me!' That much is undeniable and imo Ellie should have had a warning as she inflamed the situation massively.

Exactly. That gif is blurred enough to let people see what they want to see, or to deliberately misrepresent.
Even for BB I am shocked that some viewers aren't able to actually just acknowledge the lie and condemn a person that makes up being hit to create victim hood for themselves.

Oh, nice attempt to brush away that Ellie did not hit anyone, as the footage that BB examined has supported.

Ellie was in a defensive position for 99% of that situation, being pushed back. She did not square up to anyone once. The only reason she shouted "hit me" was because she was being charged and she thought it was going to happen anyhow.

I like Chan, I think she is amazing BB, but she did smash a glass on the floor in anger. She probably deserved to be removed for that if Lotan was. I don't even like Lotan, but equal rules should be applied and she was as bad as him and has been all season in terms of bead behaviour.
I personally think neither should have been removed, but i think BB knew that Lotan was walking anyway and used him as a sacrificial goat.

I thought this thread was about Ellie?
However, as you have asked the question, I agree that Chanelle lost it too, on that and on a number of other occasions.
The thing is though, just because one person is aggressive it doesn't another person innocent. Ellie was undeniably aggressive on this occasion, and that fact remains the same no matter what others did.

Watch it again. She was shouting 'Hit me' in people's faces at the bottom of the stairs before any 'charging' occurred. That's not a defensive position no matter what you suggest. Hannah had her back to Ellie at the bottom of the stairs, yet Charlotte was trying to stand in between them and push Ellie back - why would Charlotte do that if she wasn't worried about what Ellie was doing?
And just so that you know, I am not defending Chanelle, Hannah, Deborah, Lotan, etc- they all played a part and all showed aggression, but Ellie did too.
It's good to support your favourites, but not to blindly defend them no matter what they do.

It was a plastic bottle she threw on the floor at her feet. BB said that yesterday when they discussed it with her.
And if you listen again to what BB said they were ejecting Lotan for, it was not just the throwing of the water or bottle, or whatever it was, it was for his 'isolating and intimidating behaviour, especially towards women' over 'several days' amongst other things.

Bb said it was a plastic cup didnt they? Thats incredibly light compared to the majority of hms - if it was glass and I heard wrong then Id half-agree if she threw it across the room, and not towards her feet (but she deffo wasnt drinking from a bottled beer like Lotan so i dont think im wrong tbh)

yeah, but the cups they use are rigid plastic, not disposable throwaway ones. Throwing them around and shattering them is a problem, which I guess was what BB was saying.
Lotan didn't throw anything solid directly at anyone either, just a bit of liquid.
I am not saying that she should have been removed, really. I am saying that neither of them should have been. They were actually as bad as each other in many ways. I do find Chan much more likable and good to watch though. i am just trying to be objective about it.

She lost her balance and caught her...it was an accident. She was trying to stop the raging sisters go up the stairs. She was trying to stop the confrontation. It wasn't reckless...reckless would be standing to one side and doing nothing.
The sisters have a massive blame mentality...massive chips on there shoulders and it doesn't take much for them to get aggressive, especially Hannah. To accuse Ellie of punching her was a massive lie...if Ellie had hit her deliberately she would have been sent packing and BB have obviously studied the footage in better quality than we have on that clip.

You mean those that were already aggressively squaring up to her and pushing her back with their threatened violence?
To blame the defensive person saying "hit me" over the aggressive person clearly wanting to do the hitting is incredibly skewed. Dishonest, even.
It's good to support your favourites, but not to blindly defend them no matter what they do.
I am actually quite objective, especially compared to most here. I would admit it if I honestly agreed, but me disagreeing with you doesn't mean I am 'blindly defending'. I saw the same show, I came to my own conclusions. I am not 'blind' because I interpreted what happened differently to you. You honestly don't have the automatic ultimate truth. I would condemn Ellie if I honestly thought she was in the wrong here. I have done so to supported HMs before in the past and have simply stopped supporting them.
I simply disagree with your interpretation.

They pull this dishonest bait and switch (be aggressive, get people reacting, switch to victim) all the damned time. And yet people here still were willing to take their word because it suited their agenda. Even now, the hardcore are still debating that the punch actually happened, despite BB clearing Ellie absolutely and proving Deb a liar. They still attack Ellie, rather than the false accuser. And they still expect their posts going forward to be taken seriously and be credible?

It's amazing how biased people are based on who they like and don't like in the house. Lotan aside, it was the sisters and Chanelle (verbally) that blew their tosses and got aggressive. Deborah got all up in Lotan's face. Ellie definitely flipped out more then she should have, but to claim to be hit and say you were bullying is ****ing pathetic. The sisters are loud, obnoxious creatures that add nothing of substance to the show aside from lashing out at the "pretty people" who everyone loves to hate on the internet. If this was a house of Raph's and you had the sister flipping out you'd all be crucifying them. It's so gross that house mates become so loved for just being twats to the popular twats.

OF COURSE Hannah was lying. OF COURSE SHE WAS.
Here are many reasons why.
1. BB have multiple cameras. They see far more than any of us. They only show an edited amount on TV. No audience member can claim to see more than BB does.
2. BB simply cannot afford the risk of allowing a HM to physically attack another. If HMs are ejected for threatening violence, do you really think they would be allowed to stay having committed actual violence? Of course not.
3. Hannah has lied before:
After Lotan put the plastic mouse in her bed, her comeback was that 'she has a phobia of mice that gives her panic attacks'. If this were true then she would not have held the mouse up. If this were true then she would not have been so un-bothered when Raph put the same mouse near her later on. She lies tactically.
4. Hannah plays dirty in arguments:
Like the mouse incident, she will say or do anything to 'win' her argument and think nothing of giving a low blow. She switches from being 'aggressive' to 'passive aggressive', whatever it takes for her to come out on top. Classic example being her aggressive shouting at Rebecca; but then when Rebecca pointed out Hannah's aggression, Hannah then switched to passive aggressive mode, eluding to her skin colour as the issue. This was passive aggression playing the victim/race card as a way of destroying her opponent. Race is a serious issue, Hannah knows this; yet she was perfectly happy to try and smear Rebecca with racism, just as she was perfectly happy to try and smear Ellie with assault. It's called playing dirty.
5. Hannah is morally inconsistent:
She has given these soapbox speeches, claiming to be all for unity, peace, love etc, highlighting the importance of seeing beyond appearances "before colour, I am Hannah" etc .... Yet she is quite happy to attack Tom for his appearance calling him 'extra small'. Can you imagine if Tom had attacked her appearance! You think she would be equally as happy to accept that kind of appearance-based insult from him?
Hannah and Deborah were defending each other on fight night, as you can expect from sisters who are so close. But they both lied. Hannah lied about the bruise/attack from Ellie 'punching' her. Deborah lied about her intimidating charge up the stairs at Ellie, later claiming she was 'heading for the exit'.
OK sisters, defend yourselves, I get that. But please OWN your actions. Don't try and weasel out of it. People may forgive your aggressive actions, it is BB after all, it always gets heated. BUT you have lost a lot of support now because of your lies.

:clap1:
I think more on here are realising this and i have noted a distinct lack of support for either over the last week as the above dawns on people

I think you are right. As more people actually see BB make it clear that Deb was lying and aren't just being dragged along by the Twitter idiotverse I think opinions are changing.
