I think that Raph was just enjoying a classic Big Brother moment. He is a big fan! And I mean, c'mon, the song was funny, Isabelle is funny, and her screwing up Channelle's name (which I even get confused myself with sometimes) was funny, too. Raph is the playground snitch of the house, the biggest stirrer in there.

His 'friendships' in the house are all tactical: stick with the 'outsiders' as he knows that puts him in a better place to win. He knows the game.
