It wasn't all her fault. He knew she had feelings but still gave her attention/hope and they kissed, he gave her a 'sexy' dance where he put her hands down his pants and other things. The more they spend together the more the feelings will grow. If he didnt want this to happen he should have done the right thing and kept his distance and treat her cruel to be kind.
