When I was a teenager I would've probably been supporting Hannah, Chanelle, and Isabelle as my favourites as they'd have been the "big characters" but since BB16 I've started supporting more quieter Housemates like Kieran and Jack, Hughie, and now Raph and I also really like Deborah.

Is it true that when you start getting older that you start appreciating the quieter Housemates more than the loud Chavs?

I think you just seem to like the housemates that seem more interesting and different from the CH5 norm.

Ive done the reverse. I use to support people I now consider dull or awful, and the people I didn't appreciate are now my typical favourites.

For example... I remember loving Sam and Mario in BB11 :skull: Rewatching clips lately I wonder how I didn't support Rachel and Corin more. Also pretty sure I didn't like Nicky and Charley in BB8 at the time, now they're the only ones worth mentioning.

hughie quiet? :conf2:

Well he did have weeks where people like Jayne, Lateysha, and Jackson would be incredibly in your face in footage compared to him.

Epic.

Hughie isn't quiet lol. I'm one of the few here who don't call him "overrated" and I really stan him, but he was still so in-your-face :joker:

Mess Hughie was the loudest person in BB17. They had to play bloody crowd noise to stop the other housemates hearing him when he was in the other house.

Maybe that's the case, Ch5 do tend to bleed their favourite type of Housemate dry which is probably putting me off them as my favourite.

I think you just stopped liking/rooting for the girls.
All the people you like are guys. Some were "big characters" and you still liked them.
I think it's about the gender.

Interesting, I've actually not noticed that about myself before, that is interesting to point out, thanks.:)

Would you say that your tastes have changed on BB over the years?

A thing that I'm interested to read from people aswell is have your own tastes changed do you think from when you first started to get into BB?

Not really no. I always like the girls more. The only guys that I wanted to win were Hughie and Pete.

I can definitely understand the appeal of the female Housemates as they're normally very crazy.

I'm sorry but this opinion is just so incorrect.

Not really. I mean Hughie was over the top and you like him and so did the public and he almost won. I think if a guy acted like Chan and Isabelle he wouldn't be criticized as much and be labeled "crazy". I think it's always easier to judge, hate or be against a female HM. Which is why women get voted out early every season and why we have more male winners.
