I don't think so. he can't vote in the UK but he came over here to study. but during the holidays he's mainly in Switzerland or visiting different places.

I think his mother is Japanese [I can't remember] and so he has visited/lived in Japan.
He also lived in Wales, but moved to America and went to school in USA before moving back here for university.
