Since when do they not film it live? I know in the past when there has been an eviction and then an hours gap till bbbots they film bots in that hour break but ive never heard of an eviction not being live?

But how are the vote lines going to work if it isnt live? They close during the live show. Are they going to keep letting people call and vote even tho its filmed in advance and the housemate would technically have already left by the time its aired on the tv?

They've put it on at 10pm because 10pm is the slot for BB during the week. Usually the eviction is an exception, so airs at 9pm, but not anymore, thanks to Love Island

It'll be on a 1 hour delay (so it will happen 9-10:30pm but air at 10-11:30pm) and therefore won't exactly be live

Voting would close at say 10:05pm on the normal show, so it will still be like that in real life meaning it will close 5 minutes into the show. I guess Emma will just film the 'voting has now closed' part at 9pm even though they'll still be open for an hour

They are **** scared to go up against love island. If they went out at 9, LI would screw the backsides off BB and heads would roll, so we get second best so they can keep their figures up. Ive taken to recording it now and watching it the next day. That saves me getting in trouble at bedtime, lol.

The CBB live evictions haven't been live for years. Filming at 10-10:30 and airing at 10:30-11pm

Exactly what i want to know, i dont see how it can work. Wouldn't it mean that people are voting after the HM has already left the show if its an hour behind? Surely the vote line would have to close between 9-10 but we wont see that until after 10pm as the show is pre recorded an hour before it goes out on tv? Maybe im just being really dumb but if a vote closed at 9.15 it would be seen by us at 10.15 but the housemate would either be out at 10 for the 10.15 interview so surely they would have left already before we see the vote line close?

The idiots are allowing people to get a peek at LI for nothing as the other show is dire and repeated. Then people will get hooked on LI and bang goes more fans. They dont realise, LI is well produced, well run and the fans are in control

No. Because it's airing AS LIVE Emma will literally close the vote at the start then not mention it again, she'll just say "shortly we'll be revealing who you've evicted, but first, back to yesterday" as she usually does when the vote closes during the show
