According to bbspy, there's still no final scheduled, and absolutely no sign of CBB. There's actually an eviction episode marked on C5s preliminary schedules for July 28th (day 54)

Are they just holding out to see where love island ends or is this series actually longer than we thought?

Here for them extending it if it means less backdoor evictions. There are rumours that LI is also going to be extended so they probably don't want the final to clash with it.

It should end Monday 24th (which is why it's confusing that BB was meant to end Thursday 27th, but isn't) but there's reports it has been extended a week

It means that something is expected to happen but it could possibly change before then. E.g. It appears that there will be an eviction on the 28th of July but it could still change. Like a rough draft kind of thing.

Apparently they're looking to extend Love Island by 10 days... that would mean ending on Thursday the 3rd of August.... so either BB is going to be like 64 days long, love island will clash with the BB final and CBB launch or there's gonna be a big gap between BB and CBB while the BB final is left to die against love island.......

Ew I hope they don't extend LI. I'd be here for a 64 day Big Brother though. Honestly I don't think it should be any less than that. That's what it was originally and it annoys me that last years is the only one to be less.
