Ear piece. Ive only ever seen the cards on bit on the side and the eviction interview.

I don't mean to sound stupid but what exactly are the cue cards for Big Brother?

"[Celebrity/] Big Brother House, this is [host name]. You are live on Channel [number]." etc

They give them during ad breaks. I got one last year, and from this year's launch I've received a t-shrit (a basic one with eye in the front and C5 in the back). The cue card is basically what Oliver said, nothing really special (though Emma reads eventually from the teleprompter).
