I think people were just annoyed she was nicer to Nicola than she was to Kim. It was production that were cruel to Kim during the final not Emma with allowing the ex housemates to hijack her interview from the screens behind her.

Even though I wasn't a fan of Hazel [not because of the Daley thing]. I remember the interview being really harsh and negative and the crowd chanting off. Yet every question she was asked, I remember her answering eloquently, politely and directly answering each question that came her way, which clearly didn't seem good enough to Emma or the crowd. Welp. I remember enjoying the drama/absolute mess that was the Hazel/Daley situation :joker: I think it came across as very natural/real and not manufacutred in the slightest, hence why Hazel got so much hate.

I have no sympathy for her. She was the other women. Thats just my opinion.

...but...Emma was ridiculously soft on Daley, to the point of fawning. Blaming the 'other woman' and not blaming the guy who actually cheated (AND assaulted said 'other woman') is ****ing ridiculous.

I never bothered with Daley's interview (I forgot he was even a housemate tbqh :laugh: ) and I only started following BB news and discussion the year after. I dont remember Hazel or Daley's treatment, but I don't like the sound of Daley having a softer interview than Hazel. I don't think she was even aware he had a girlfriend, and even still he never stopped her. Surely hes at equal blame, if not more?

If I remember right while Kim was being interviewed by Emma there was footage of the other housemates cat calling Kim behind them both and Emma was laughing instead of remaining objective. Mind you, it's gotta be hard though being as big a BB fan as Emma is and interviewing someone you loathed watching, whoever that someone may be
