Yea its been a disappointment for me too. I think ithis may be the last civilian series i watch. The producers of the show clearly want to take the show in a direction that doesn't interest me. Ive gone right of the show this year.

i agree, and i now just came to the conclusion, that it isn't worth my time to support a boring housemate anymore (i'm not saying the name of the person anymore, i promised my friends )

i really thought our dutch series Utopia was boring, but BB is even becoming more boring than that :fan:

I prefer it when there are no other reality show housemates.
Give everybody a level playing field, if they want to put housemates in that think they are some sort of z- lister then stick them in the celebrity series.
Very much going downhill from the show it used to be.

Its dragged this year. Ive never wanted a series to be over more. I feel exhausted just as a viewer lol im interested in seeing how CBB goes. Looking forward to that more.

Of course Nicky can support who he wants but if it turns out that hm is a loser then you either stick by your choice or shut up. Not turn on them and decide the whole series was crap.

By the way I have no opinion on Charlotte. She's not interesting enough for me to dislike her.

It's been fine. Way better than 15/16, not quite as good as 17. The cast has been strong, there's been some amazing moment, but the boring stretches really let it down.

Yes and no. The treatment of the show has been the worst of any year but the show itself has been quite good.

It's good to have a favourite this year that I really enjoy supporting, unlike last year.

My take on it :love:

It’s currently my 4th fav series ever, behind BB7, 5 and 3 (Haven’t watched 6.)

It’s been the most C4-like series on C5 imo, and everytime we thought it would get boring after someone left (Arthur, Sukhy, Rebecca, Simone, Sue) it kept being entertaining, with the exception of the 2 days after Lotan was ejected.

And I love how it seems C5 aren’t phased by the low ratings, and have just kept to the structure of the series (there hasn’t been a desperate ratings twist.)

The only thing that has stopped me from fully enjoying this series is the criticism, it just brings the whole mood around the series down :( bookmark this tho, bc in a few years you will all be looking back on this series and realise that it was rather good after all :)

No,not disappointed at all.
Not the best series not the worst.

Would have been better with all housemates in virtually from the start.
It's BB meddling with noms and evictions that has stifled this series somewhat.

My early favourites usually get evicted well before the final week.
Mine is still there doing what I like as a housemate playing the game, little foul language, no aggression,no real staged arguments, full team player, no malicious nastiness.

So no, not disappointed at all.
It's had its moments.
