I guess it's a gift from the producers, like a reward for being the last one "Second Chancer" standing, which is offering him a last week to be in there.
But that's a poor decision.

His part is finished, he shouldn't be there on final night when he's not an actual HM

I completely agree. Also why did SAM nominated this week?
He was evicted, it didn't make sense for him to have any voting right whatsoever.
And Andrew being there doesn't bring much, he will get airtime that is not needed instead of a finalist. This is tragic.

Yeah that annoyed me about Sam too, Hannah wouldn't have been up at all if it weren't for him, I think the producers were thinking she would go and Ellie or Chanelle would be safe
