The poor us act is pathetic and they are very good game players, sadly as people debs is borderline ok but hannah is a real piece of work as she has shown this week. 2 days without her muffler and shes gone back to the street. I just like how the main problem here is that two women are proud of where they've come from, what they've achieved, and their culture. If you want to focus your efforts into being angry about that, that's fine, but there's worse issues at hand

Not much at all is known about the Nigerian culture here, thats why it would have no effect if some white woman entered the house preaching about culture, the majority of us already know our own culture and as do the rest of Brits that are subjected to it everyday. Therefore her being on the show can promote the nigerian culture, its not at all double standards. Stop speaking for other people, other people may be interested having watched them, those are the audience Deborah is interested in. Also other people from nigerian heritage seeing someone similar to them on mainstream TV is good for them also, having someone to relate to on TV can be a good thing. I'm sure loads of people are interested and have liked the exposure from the TV show, so what if two contestant on Big Brothers 18th season are finally from Nigerian heritage, it's hardly 'rammed down necks' and its very rare on TV, having all white people on every season of Big Brother with exactly the same background can be boring to a lot of viewers, it's nice to have change/variety on different seasons imo.
It's no different for the audience asking for older housemates and them sticking in one older housemate. Except there is no outcry of viewers complaining about them sticking in an older housemate and 'ramming down old people down our throats' each year because that is utterly ridiculous as is this 'ramming down' nigerian culture. It's under exposed if anything.

Doesn't make her racist (I'm not saying you said that but doesn't answer the question to how they are racist)
she is assuming that she is being targetting for her race which is a wee bit racist/chip on shoulder mentality

Very racist IMO ,and putting herself on a pedestal she's not earned
Assuming Paula meant this quote not the OP

She's probably experienced racism in her life so when she feels ganged up on it feels like how she's felt before
And she hasn't brought it up in weeks and didn't mention it last night

Tbh I think Sukvinder was stirring that in the 1st few weeks because there hasn't been mention of it since she went.
Suki was continually bringing up the fact that they were black and stirring the pot.
Don't get me wrong, I don't like Hannah I just hate the racist word being thrown around by either side.
Not that you did but OP certainly did.

To be fair to Deborah she was put on the spot and had to think of something.Probably quick thinking and a smart move to whip out the culture card.I don't mind Deborah. She seems nice and quite amusing at times.Much nicer than her awful sister.

And you wouldn't show your culture if you went in?????
And to say this is racist is just low.

She's asking when have the sisters been racist, someone suggested they had been
Well I don't know if it would be deemed racist but they have said a few things that seem to alure to their colour, when really most people dont see the colour just their actions and personalities.so maybe the poster meant that,I dont know

i said earlier that they had played the race card ... which they have, on several occasions. 2 times I can specifically remember was in an argument with Rebecca and another when they were chosen for nomination or something

The sisters are the only 2 that think there are racist undertones in the house, everyone else is unaware of it but it seems to suit their agenda. They are playing a good game but their reasons to be in the house are purely financial and fame related. Citing showcasing their culture is a crock and so plain to see through it.

I can't stand them, always pulling the race card whenever their nominated or anyone questions there actions.
Acting like there on some holy mission or something, when they have shown some of the worst behaviour in the house.
Get them out!!

Why can't they have just gone in as 2 girls ? why bring their colour and place of birth ( one is English ) into the BB house ? no need for it whatsoever

In the Rebecca example, Rebecca was the first person to bring up race in her argument about makeup/employment with Sukhvinder.
Don't even recall Rebecca having a disagreement with either of the sisters  but I guess we're just inventing stuff at this stage of the series.
People have a serious problem with talking about other cultures. They seem to just want it to go away and never be talked about, or accuse them of "shoving it down our throats". Says more about them, really.

Probably the same as yours on homophobia. Pretty weak baiting post but carry on. You only make yourself look pathetic by trying to wind me up mate.

No no, I'm just interested in how you think heterophobia exists since you think oppression against white people exist.
"Pathetic" yet you're the one making all these nasty comments and nicknames about housemates and you think racism towards white people exist and heterophobia exists. And don't call me "mate", I'm anything but

Is this designed to bring hate into the thread, because its a pathetic post and at best pure baiting. I hate these race orientated posts. They serve no purpose at all. They only serve to segregate and divide opinions which promotes hatred.
