Good series but the winner let it down and looking back compared to BB18, a lack of plot

But I liked it

Did BB18 really have that much storyline though?

The divide?

That was just a 2-week long thing tbh and subsided once Lotan & Savannah left

Brilliant series, gave me hope for civ BB after an awful 2 year run; but BB18 tops it imo x

last year my fave (Georgina) lasted for 27 days in the house, and now this year my fave (Charlotte) lasted for 50 days in the house, so yeah i've made a improvement there i think :D that and i got maybe 2 finalists (Raph & Isabelle)

Still don't understand how Jackson left in third to cheers.

It's absurd! Bottom 30 housemates ever, and a medal finish

I'd rank it just behind BB14 in terms of C5 series. Easily one of the best - the eviction order was spot on (besides Lateysha's eviction - she should've replaced Jason in the final) , there was some great character development (Laura Carter anyone?), a messy twist which flopped but was funny at the same time (sorry but BB playing crowd noises over two arguing housemates in broad daylight was HILARIOUS.) It had the best friendship since Ginxter (Evelyn/Laura, which was overtook by Chanelle and Raph), Jayne (easily one of my favourite housemates ever), and a pretty diverse cast for a C5 series (4 LGBT Housemates, 4 40+ housemates, a black woman, an Asian woman, I'm not sure on Chelsea's ethnicity... oh and an American if we're really pushing it). Lateysha's Diary Room mishap (also "just because I've not got any GSE's...", "I live off chocolate digestives", and something from Launch - I think it was her flashing not realising a camera was there until Sam picked it out), Jayne's sponge incident, Charlie storming off crying every 2 minutes, and that messy live reveal of the two houses (the half hour reveal being 20 minutes because the episode just stopped for 10 minutes :skull: also "oh my god that's my mam!" "really?" "no" made me scream, and also "Hi I'm Jayne Connery, I'm 49 and I raise awareness for dementia!" while everyone else just said their names :skull:)
I just wish the second house was used more (they used it for a task maybe and when the main house flooded like ok?), Lateysha wasn't evicted, the series was 2 weeks longer (only if the eviction order was kept the same besides swapping Lateysha for Jason - except Annihilation week filled up some live evictions so Laura's still evicted a week before the final and Sam and Alex are evicted on Monday - or better yet, Laura isn't evicted and instead replaces trashy Jackson), we had a better finale and result (Jayne and Evelyn deserved higher than crummy Jackson at LEAST)

I actually only Wiki watched bc of #life last year and I'm mad about it. Maybe I'll binge it next summer or something.

I completely forgot about that, that was so amazingly funny and ratchet at the same time!

Last year's series was miles ahead of the one that just ended imo, it's my favourite C5 era series easily, many awesome moments, like Jayne's Gillian McKeith moment in the pool!! omg

It's not even Jasons fault, if BB didn't INTERFERE and do the stupid annihilation week then Lateysha would of stayed and won. Seeing as they had to cull a lot of housemates that week they should of just let the public decide (Jason would of probably went)

I'm glad the ratings have been awful because they deserve it

I enjoyed it. However it was definitely too short.

If they kept it with 3 going and made the public decide imo though...

VTE: Laura, Chelsea, and Evelyn/Andy/Ryan
VTS: Sam, Chelsea, and Laura

I don't think Jason was ever going in a public vote that week

I really enjoyed it, great winner and had one of the best moments in bb history when Jason evicted Lateysha.
