Tbf Isabelle was gonna get tookout by stealth and against the majority of the public's wishes, and considering that the ratings are dying due to popular Housemates leaving it's kinda not good to lose someone that ended up being the eventual winner in week 4.

even on Savannah's eviction, who by the way may be the most forgettable housemate of this whole year, Emma said "you are probably leaving to save Isabelle"

Sam would have probably gone earlier.
Savannah would have been in longer.

A cool what if is someone else winning the second chance. I couldn't stand Andrew and I only tolerated Sam but it would have been super interesting to see sue or Simone hang around till the final.

But yeah issy prob would have gone that night and the producers obvs wanted to cut off excess fat isntead of getting rid of one of the more interesting housemates. They prob saw potential in propelling Isabelle as far as possible and rightfully so.
