BB18 - most underrated series ever?

From the low ratings to the heavy critisism from fans (dk why, it was amazing), but imo BB18 is criminally the most underrated series of all time, do you agree?

All the Facebook comments and tweets saying it's the worse series are very OTT
It's even better than a coupl C4 series

And it deserves better ratings than it got and most other C5 series

That would be BB10 and BB15

I think it's a better series than BB12, BB15 and BB16 on Ch5 easily. BB12's main problem was the editing and the change from C4, it had good housemates, but the production of the show and cringy music montages and editing were almost like TOWIE so that was a shame. BB15 and BB16 suffered from the housemates and too much interference from producers.

BB18 was better than those 3 for sure I think. It's a mid-tier season for Ch5, below BB13,BB14 and BB17 - but above the three I stated.

It needs to go back to basics and not have sooooooo many from EOTB etc
so much needs working on. So i hope we do get the opposite because they had toooo much info from the outside world..stick to one voting format we had 3 this series.

I've watched the first four weeks and I love the series so far. It's definetly on-par with BB13 and better than quite a few C4 series too. The facebook commenters who are calling the series awful are being super extra.

Definitely. I would nearly go as far as saying it's in my Top 5 series of all time.

It kind of reminds me of BB13, in that it was a series with interesting dynamics, a house divide and housemates who were so easy to root for. Plus it had the beautiful storyline of good overcoming evil and the underdogs triumphing over their oppressors.

I guess I can see why like BB14, BB17 was preferred by many to BB18, as it seemed more entertaining on the surface. However I always prefer seasons like this one where you get behind certain people and experience every emotion on their journey (whether it be joy, anger etc).

The final was one of the best they've had in years yet it got the lowest ratings. I'd definitely say the series as a whole was underrated though. We got some great housemates.

No it's not. Had someone like Tom, Kieran, or Ellie won a lot less would be calling it underrated. It's above average at best and the production crew were piss poor this year. I would descibe it more as overhated than underrated since there's still worse series out there. But it's pretty mediocre otherwise

no it was a dog of a series and the cast were atrocious

the prods gave up a few weeks in

Thinking about it, BB18 could be my favourite series ever? (Haven’t watched 4/6/15 though.) Currently, it’s third behind BB5 & 7 but-

BB7’s length really dragged it down, the series only had about 6 ‘good’ weeks out of 13. Also didn’t help that the major characters were booted so early on
I haven’t watched BB5 since 2012 - so I can’t remember much of it. But judging by what people have said, that series is overrated and is rather dull apart from a few episodes?

Taking that in consideration, BB18 could well be my favourite series ever (although seeing what everyone has said, when I watch BB6 it’ll lower to 2nd)

it had some dull parts but overall i enjoyed it and its the best c5 series in my opinion i only really liked 14 and 15 for gina and ashleigh whereas i liked a lot of hm this series

It was a good series overall, but the pacing and overproduction by C5 keeps it from being one of the best, like the other series of theirs I've seen.
