Viewing figures are down on TV in general because surprise, surprise people are watching live TV less cos there's now catch up/the option to record programmes/Netflix etc. and people are more interested in other things such as being on their phones. Idg it when people compare it to the viewing figures of 2002 and so on because we live in a completely different time.
