VTS: Sukhvinder would be saved, Raph would be evicted.
VTE: Sukhvinder would have been evicted, Raph would have been saved.

I think at that time Sukhinder was in Raph would have stayed both formats.
Raph's supporters would have voted to keep him in vote to save.
I believe there were more people at that time for Raph than Sukhinder, so in vote to evict,Raph's supporters would have then voted to evict Sukhinder.

Yeah, Sukhvinder was having quite a few arguments before Imran's eviction so I think she would have gone either way.

Yeah, the voting format would make no difference really. Raph would easily stay in both.

Raph would EASILY stay in both if it was a head to head, I'd expect above 80 percent in both of the votes, not even a question. I assume people misclicked on this poll, as he was topping her on every poll in a VTS situation anyway, on top of that she was largely hated by the general public [a few liked her]. It''s not even a question, its just an answer.

She would have gone in a VTE
but VTS, it would have been so close but she would probably go but she's a housemate who gets a lot of air time because she's so entertaining and has arguments which could have helped her on a VTS.
Raph and Sukhvinder would have been a tragic head to head vote anyway because both are amazing housemates and big brother needs these types of housemates rather than a lot of EOTB/Weekender.
