If you do, that is.

I play football three times a week and have started to make badminton a weekly thing too. My current state is the worst I've ever been in though. :worry:

I have 8 dogs for a start. I do 5 walks various as cant take all 8 out together. I do about 20,000 steps a day usually a few more. I do 10,000 by 10.30am mon to fri and walk approx. 10 miles. I work cleaning peoples houses a few hours in the afternoon usually wed to fri with an odd mon. I do clubbersize twice a week and kettlebells once a wee. So Id say Im fairly fit and Im old lol (50)

I keep fit by running up our stairs about 25 times a day. Saves on the gym cost. :)

Where I used to live had 3 storeys and honestly there were so many stairs :worry: (plus I stayed on the top floor), but it was so easy to get exercise doing that some times every day

I used to walk loads before I started driving.

I haven't gained any weight though. I think Miss Metabolism loves me.

I used to dance so to stay slim but now I go to the gym (in the garage) 4 or 5 nights a week. I walk the dog up Moel Famau now and then aswell.

The trick is finding exercise you enjoy.
