If she wants to go on strictly so badly she'd probably still get on without doing it this way.

I saw that video of her falling into the trap door, it looked painful and dangerous . They told her the risks though and sounds like she either didn't listen or as usual she got to overexcited being on THE TELLY !, so she should of been more careful but at the same time accidents happen despite health & safety precautions.
