Ugh, what a massive twat am I right? Remember when Big Brother released the 6 teaser photos of 6 of our new housemates? (of whom 4 left by the first 2 weeks and 3 left by non-evictions) And we saw Imran and Sukhvinder and Deborah and Hannah and we thought oh my god, we're going to get a really good, diverse, interesting cast. And then we saw Lotan and thought "meh who were we kidding"

Yep, pretty much. So, cue launch night and Lotan is Housemate #3. And it was soooooo fkn satisfying to watch him come out of the doors to loud boos. I thought "Good, he'll be first out!" And then he made a tit of himself (not as much as he would later on, mind) by throwing sweets at people and asking Sukhvinder if he could call her "Sukh" and she shut him down and we could all tell that Emma was lowkey living for it. I thought that the first evictee would be him, especially when Tom made him face the first public vote. So cue that night. And he gets the loudest cheers of the lot! What the ****...........

Then he sort of blended into the background a bit. Until we got some new housemates. Lotan, meet Isabelle. She will not stand you thinking that you run this house, we hope that is ok with you. It was not. It was brilliant for us though because it led to his ejection. He made it his mission to treat her like **** and one thing that sticks in my mind his him telling Tom to go and ask Raph what is the shortest period of time a housemate has spent inside the Big Brother house because he was sure that record was about to be broken. We love irony. For the fact fans, that record holder is Issac Stout from Big Brother 10, who walked after 2 days. (Day 56-Day 58) Also, Lotan spent 21 days in the house, compared to Isabelle, who spent 38 days in the house.

So, Big Brother gave housemates a task to stick adjectives on each other, you know the usual, "funny", "two-faced", and the one which was his downfall, "vain." Isabelle went to fix her microphone and did so near a mirror, so Lotan noticed this and pointed this out to the whole group, saying "She's looking in the mirror, did anyone give her vain?" and then Isabelle uttered the six words which changed the series forever.

Role model to your son though?

Big Daddy was not impressed. So much so that his reaction was to throw his bottle over beer across the housemates, hitting several of them. So then Lotan and Tom went to the Diary Room as Lotan raged, Big Brother sent security in to stop Ellie and Deborah from battering each other, Charlotte revealed that she can actually speak (who would have thunk it) and Savannah just sat on the sofa fearing for her life, it was great fun :hee:

And then Lotan was removed from the house the next day for being a male twat.

Next up is Mean McLean, who would probably still be quite far down the list even if it hadn't been for Kim's presence. Ugh she was such a mess that it actually lowkey pissed me off to watch because everything she did was annoying. Because in the first few days she was married to some footballer, who idk his name because I don't follow the football and I don't want to Google it because it's in the back of my mind somewhere and googling it now would be admitting defeat, right? And why do that if it can be avoidable. Anyway, off-topic...

Yeah so she's married to her husband and then she has a lot of drink and then goes and flirts with Jamie (god knows why) and then they talked about her on This Morning and she came across like a mess. Not as much as she would later on, but still a mess nevertheless. hey that rhymed and also did I use that phrase in Lotion's write up? I think so. I'm going to use it again. They were both pretty terrible housemates. So, every time she was on screen from Day 1 - Day 11, she was bitching about someone. And you know the bitchy housemates that are kinda iconic? Yeah, sorry Nicole, you can't come in. You don't fit that criteria. Bye bye.

So then Kim came in, which proper turned the series upside down and it was great TV because Chloe jumped in the pool, this splashed Kim, Kim got pissed off, Nicola thought that she was the voice of reason and shouted at Kim. Like what the fuuuuuuuuuuuuck, this had nothing to do with you! Sod off, I preferred you when you were bitchy but still uniconic. Yeah so then Kim was NOT having it, so she had a go at Nicola, which she held a grudge against Kim for, for the next 3 weeks. There was the time when James J and Kim had an argument because he told Kim to go back to her cleaning and then then Kim started crying and James J, Jamie and Nicola sat outside and talked utter **** about Kim, so that was proper uncalled for.

And then there was Fight Night, which Nicola was lowkey the catalyst for (knew that my Int 1 Chemistry wasn't completely useless) and she came across as if she thought she was running the house, in other words not coming across well. Then Kim got dragged away by the dripping security lady and Nicola thought she had done something good and it was like no you didn't. Then there was the time that Nicola said to Kim that she was the way she was because she wasn't a mum which was proper uncalled for because Kim had a stillborn baby when she was younger and she delievered it alone, by herself in a bedsit and buried him in a park. Yeah she didn't go through all that so the likes of her could go around saying that sort of ****. Like I'll be honest, had she not said that, she would have been around the #40 mark, which means that the comment means she dropped 14 places. Bet she's devvo'd.

We move onto Kayleigh, who was also ejected from BB18 for being unnecessarily aggressive. The reason that I call her unnecessarily aggressive is because she was always having a go at someone and it could never be justified. Ugh it was just so messy. I remember hearing on launch night that she cut up all her baby photos in front of her mum in an argument. I would say that's pretty cruel. And she even seemed proud of it. Like wtf girl, is that an attempt to sound iconic or what. The first instance of her being a dick was in the first week when she went into the kitchen and started brushing her hair beside Sukhvinder who was eating. She put her in her place by telling her that she was trying to eat her breakfast (it looked like her lunch but whatever) and that it was really bad hygenically to do that, which is actually true as well, because if you brush your hair over somebody's food, the hair is likely to go in the food. And nobody wants hair in their food. Especially Kayleigh's hair. And then Kayleigh had this MASSIVE go at Sukhvinder, and she was like trying to prove that she was wrong (which she was not) and if there was an award for not being able to conduct yourself well, she probably would have won it because she did not conduct herself well at all. Such a mess.

And then after Randy Mandy was evicted (such a loss) she had a HUGE go at Arthur for some reason that I can't completely remember but I remember that it was over nothing and she was overreacting to **** and she was told him to fack off about 500 times in the space of 2 minutes, with the word can't every now and again, which I think was supposed to mean ****... Yeah and then during the mayoral task when Sukhvinder was mayor of the BB village (ugh what an icon) and Kayleigh was her deputy (ugh what a mess) she constantly tried to pick at her for like no justifiable reason and then Sukhvinder fired her and called her irrelevant and hired her husband Imran as her replacement and it was so iconic because she was absolutely raging

Ugh and then there was the night that she was sent out the door and what made it even better was that Imran and Sukhvinder had just been evicted and I wanted Kayleigh to go instead and now she's gone and it was so good. Anyway, Chanelle was like to Ellie about how she kept following Kayleigh around and then she was so RAGING that she threatened to batter Chanelle and stab her and everything else then she had to be sent to the Diary Room, where Rebecca was given the task to calm her down and Kayleigh was venting off to her and Rebecca just looked so done with the situation and I was just like same girl, I can so relate rn. And then she was sent to the spare room where she was disposed of the following morning.

Joe was in my view, an even worse Chelsea Singh. He was a housemate who considered himself better than others and the boss because he was the oldest and spends a lot of time in Spain with his 26-year old girlfriend Elle-Jaye running a nightclub. When he had an argument with Rebecca about her smile irritating him (what a petty thing to say) he got up in a way that suggested aggression, which is just not OK.

Everyone nominated him except Lotan and Tom in Week 3, and had it been a vote to save, he would have gone, but no, Elle-Jaye had to vote 30 times more and Rebecca got evicted. What a tragedy.

I could go into the argument with Andrew, but I’ll save that for his cut (which won’t be a long wait, because he’s an arse as well) and one more thing, Sue was right, he does look 70!

**** me is this girl overrated. I genuinely forgot about her after launch night and when it was announced that the Second Chancers were going back in, I thought “Oh yeah, her” and simply moved on with my life as one does, anticipating Sue’s entry.

But she was a right mess, it has to be said. She pissed in bottles, jumped around with bread inbetween her arsecheeks, tried to piss in the sink, said that Andrew didn’t have a penny to his name (fast forward a couple of days later, he has £33,900 but that’s another story) and generally pissed a lot of people off.

Then she was evicted with what was probably around 75% of the public vote to evict, and said in her exit interview about her past, which kind of redeemed her in a way, and I started to dismiss everything as just being a grieving situation. However, she soon turned all that redeeming herself around when she spat on Andrew during the live final. Disgusten

Fyi, I sound like I’m a massive Andrew stan in these past few posts. I’m not.

When Chloe Ferry entered CBB, I thought oh dear Christ, this girl will be removed from the house quicker than Tila Tequila did. I’d seen her on Geordie Shore, and I didn’t like what I saw. Far too much shouting at Marty McKenna, who is equally is annoying, and screaming about her desire for chicken nuggets.

She did not make a good first impression, by shouting “Santa Claus!” at James C (He did play Santa in Narnia, but I doubt that was why) riding on top of whatever animal it was that year and shouting “If ya get ho-nee, ya can rub ya clit on hee-ah”

And throwing chicken at Calum Best. Ugh, I was ecstatic when she was evicted, because she’s such a bloody state.

I would just like to start off by apologising for any controversial cuts. My reality TV opinion rarely reflects the majority, and I realise that placing Nicola McLean as the 2nd last housemate of the year.

You may realise that I have started this review of Sam by talking about someone else. That’s because he is so bloody boring and dour, that I can hardly think of anybody else to say about him apart from his dull relationship with Elleh!

The reason he is ranked higher than Nicola and Jemma and them is because Sam was pretty inoffensive in general, and never did or said anything outrageous. The only things that spring to mind is letting Isabelle nominate herself instead of him, which tbf probably wasn’t out of malice, more out of sheer stupidity.

I would include the comment about “the woman should pay on a date or whatever” but a) I can’t even remember what it even was that he said
and b) I don’t even remember whether this was Sam or not.

Such an irrelevance.

Ellie was a major disappointment. On launch night, I thought that she was a friendly, likeable, pretty, potential winner. However, she was ****e.

I think she would have been ok if there had been no Lotan or Sam in the house, but just a bunch of Raphs, Imrans, Sukhvinders and Sues in the house who weren’t looking for any sort of love, and she would just be the friendly funny girl that was on Big Brother.

However, she tried to get with Lotan, he turned out to be a major twat, Sam appeared in the dating challenge, admitted he liked Ellie, Sam entered the house, the pair turned into a pair of bores.

And don’t get me started on the whole “HIT MEH! HIT MEH! YOU TWO ARE FOOKIN INSANE!” mess ugh

I’m sure Derek is a nice guy really but based on his time in CBB20, I did not like him. I found him quite creepy actually. I wanted to like him because he wasn’t nasty and CBB20 was a series with so many unlikeable characters that my favourite housemates tended to be the more reserved and nice people, as opposed to larger than life characters. But I just do not like the way that he makes his status by speaking to the dead.

I mean, he’s made a name for himself, I’ll give him that and I even guessed his house on Through The Keyhole once, so it’s not as if he is a nobody. He was just a disappointment frankly. I have to say I expected more. I mean, I do feel guilty for ranking him as my 11th worst housemate of 2017 but he just simply annoyed me less than the other 10 housemates, who my disliking for has been explained previously. Sorry Derek, but I don’t believe that you can talk to the dead. And for your below average performance in Big Brother, you’re out of here. Not that he will read this or lose any sleep over it but I still feel guilty.

Ironically enough, this kid was my second favourite on launch night (I’ll leave you to guess who my favourite was) and I fully expected him to be “back and better than ever!” in a way that would overrule Speidi, who I was not pleased t their return as I had seen CBB11 and did not like Heidi or Spencer in that series. However, this time I preferred Speidi over Austin.

I can see the appeal for the producers bringing him back - had a couple of arguments, probably not too expensive and he is an American who likes and lives the UK. In that case, they should have brought back Michelle Visage instead of Calum Best, but that’s not for here. Looking back on it, there were other agreeable options for a CBB16 all star, such as James Hill, Gail Porter, Bobby Davro and Janice Dickinson, who I place last in that list for the sole reason that I think that she wouldn’t do it again in all honesty, however I sincerely hope they at least made an attempt, only if just a simple phone call to Stevie Lennahan. (who is the only Stevi for Janicr, and also her agent)

Back to Austin. One thing that does not get brought up often enough is they way he acted towards the equally abhorrent James Jordan. He joked about his dancing past, in a way that could have been a method of questioning his sexuality, I thought as I watched it. He also made an attempt at sticking his thumb up his arse, at which I hope he got a formal warning at least but the one thing I will say is that I think he would have gotten on with Kim. Still doesn’t mean I like the twat. (Austin, not Kim)

This may divide opinion. I didn’t like Nicola from the start, because I had heard about her CBB9 stint, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, she wasn’t too bad until Kim came along, then was her downfall. What made it worse was that Emma never said anything in her exit interview and therefore probably made her think that it had been forgotten about. Well I haven’t.

Can I just start off on a shallow point. Speaking as a straight 25-year old Glaswegian, can anyone tell me why Calum is considered attractive? Looking at that picture, he looks as if he’s pished, and that suit is boggin. If you fancy Calum, tell me what it is about him, because honestly, the mind boggles.

Calum is an overrated housemate from both series. Admittedly, better in CBB15, but they shouldn’t have brought HIM back of all people. 4 other CBB15 housemates (the 2 Katies, Perez and Nadia) have all admitted to being asked back, and they bring back ****ting Calum?????

The fact that they brought him back makes me believe that a) Everyone else from CBB15 was too traumatised to come back (apart from Hopkins, who wanted to watch Trump being inaugurated) or b) The producers are struggling. I can think of at least 7 other housemates I would have preferred to see come back (including our Cheggers, what a showbiz legend)

Speaking about his time in the CBB19, it was pretty bland really. Once Coleen said that he would be her dream one night stand, causing him to have a sulk, announce to big brother that he would be nominating her tomorrow. Who does he nominate? Speidi and Stacy.

I would go into the Jedward argument but I canna mind a whole lot about it, so I’m going to sit that one out and I remember him being reasonably derogatory towards Jessica in a lad’s conversation with Jamie, but that’s all I have to say. Right, let’s bounce.

Andrew... is a housemate that I wanted to like and I actually did for the first 24 hours. I joined TiBB on 2 July 2017, which was the day after the Second Chance housemates went in and one of my first threads (although I made a lot of threads in thise first few days) was after the “Go away my darling boy” argument with Joe and with deep regret, the thread explained how I was totally on Andrew’s side and “what a great housemate Andrew is shaping up to be” UGHHHHHH HOW WRONG WAS I.

I think he was more annoying than anything else. He continued the uninvited contact with Raph, so that ****ing pissed me off. He also kicked off over the slightest thing and I think that he thought he was sort of above everyone else tbh.

Onto his “winner” status which was totally undeserved, however, he is second place out of the 4 second chancers and can I just say, Sue is in the green zone on this ranking, whereas Andrew, Sam and Simone are in the red zone because they are three knobs.

And he ruined Keiran and Deborah’s wedding! What a cock. Looking back on it, it was funny as **** and actually made some brilliant tv, although I was like proper hospital ill at the time so I didn’t enjoy it as much, but one thing I will always remember is that Andrew can not do the loser sign correctly. He did the L so that it faced him. No my love. I mean it’s not a thing that we do a lot in this city because we would probably get stabbed if someone went “oi fit eh fucc ye lookin at meet?” and I replied “loser!” while doing the sign. Not a fan and I’ve never seen him in real life either.

Not much to say on Jordan, really. I have made it clear before that I find Megan McKenna to be a decent however overrated housemate. But I was still pissed off by his objective of making it further than Megan, and making this very clear in his VT. He did fail this mission.

Again, not much to say on Jasmine. I didn’t really like her as a housemate in both of her stints but this time, there is nothing to write home about. I found her to be pretty unnecessarily rude to Stacy as well as not enjoying the fried microphone she decided to prepare at 1am.

As a housemate, she didn’t provide much and if you are thinking I am wrong, then you are probably thinking about CBB13. I wonder how she would have done in a normal eviction though…

Sandi continued to annoy me through her overbearingness and being the housemate who “loves” everything where in reality she slightly likes it. Here we have a reasonable housemate as we have entered the orange zone. Brandon didn’t add much significance to the series, although I think he might have gotten better as time went on, as he probably might have opened up more. The reason I have him below Ray J, who is number 34, was because at the start I wasn’t as keen on Brandon, and was shocked how he was the third person to be edited out, as I was fully expecting him to be the first. As well, I think everybody thought that Brandon was going to be nominated by red-zoners Angie and Jamie but NOOOOO for some reason, Angie picked James C to go up for eviction, like wtf?

I think Brandon is surely a nice guy because he appeared to get on with everyone except Jasmine didn’t like him, but she would moan about anything, let’s have it right, so as I can’t say anything else, let’s move on to the next one, which if you fully read this, you would know who is next!

Ok, so we move onto Ray J, who I didn’t want to like initially but he turned out ok in the end. I thought he would be a very ott housemate, he turned out to be a very nothing housemate, out of his own control though, so I let him off :)

I like that Ray J wouldn’t share a bed with “Mc-McLion? You know, the pretty lady, McLine?” in respect for his wife and he would probably have annoyed me if he was very ott, so I’m kinda glad that he left early because if he was allowed back in after his trip to the dentist, he could have returned to over the top and annoyingly loud. However, I feel bad that this was how he left becahse I think that he enjoyed himself.

Bianca’s time in the house was ruined by Jamie. I’ll be honest and I think most will disagre. I think that she had potential to be a good housemate. It’s unfortunate because she seemed to be self-aware and knew what Big Brother was going to do and seemed pretty smart. That is until she became Jamie-aware. She was not stupid by any means.

When Jamie came along, he took all of her positive aspects and crushed them in his massive fist and attempted to make the series all about him. I know that she had a boyfriend outside and was getting with Jamie inside but I kind of forgot about that when making the list amd so that is why she isn’t lower.

Savannah is a housemate that gets a lot of hate for simply not living up to expectations. When the 3 daters in the blind date task were revealed, I thought that Savannah seemed like the best of a bad bunch. (This opinion changed, but we’ll leave that for Isabelle’s edit)

Then for the first 24 hours, everybody thought she was the best thing since sliced bread. She was iconic, classy, hot, the new Ashleigh Coyle, a potential winner... she was everything. Then she started to grate. The fact that she had to add the word “like” inbetween every word pissed me off. She joined Lotan’s crew that was Rose Cottage gang. That pissed me off. She just disappointed me because I thought that she could have been a lot better.

However, he is at this spot because he was a laddish housemate. The typical lad housemates tend to annoy me but Kieran is a bit different and this is probably because of Lotan’s sudden departure. But, he was a nice guy and a fun housemate at that, who was fair. But my question is, what went on between him and Raph because Raph speaks about Kieran as if he was his rock in there, but I didn’t really see them bond?

Backdoor Barry! We all knew that Shaun was never going to be the most exciting housemate but that didn’t necessarily mean that he was going to be a bad housemate. He was never nasty and was generally pleasant to all. A nice man. Shaun’s general alliance was the likes of Derek and Helen and so wasn’t as involved as such.

However, we now go to the shock of him being backdoored (mainly so this is not a one-paragraph ranking) Now idk about you, but i’m feeling 22 but i did not expect Shaun to go in the backdoor. I thought of 3 other housemates I expected to go home over him, so I was shocked.

Upon watching it, I remember having the same thoughts as I did when watching CBB20 launch night in the hospital, until the TV ran out of credit and I had to turn off (I think this was around the Brandi Glanville VT) “She’ll be really nice, I think this could change her career, this will be good for her.

Ironic, isn’t it, considering Chad exists. For a start, I started to dislike her after calling Trisha a “stupid cow” for some reason that I can’t remember. Then she took up the show with her showmance. I like Chad more, however because at least he had some more depth and was pretty likeable.

I don’t have much more to say on Sarah, but I’m sure that this is a pretty controversial choice for some.

The people’s housemate... The winner of those 4 candidates... Those four people stood up there, Andrew, Simone, Sue and Tom. The second best choice was voted in. Should have been Sooo-zun.

Anyway, he did annoy the majority of us for just how messy that Tiny Tom was. But upon reflection, he was a good housemate and having watched back his best bits, as I do with all of these rankings if I can, I will say that he was... a hoot.

I think the minute when most of us turned on him was when he evicted Mandy over Imran. I think that most people will have voted Imran out, given recent circumstances. But we would have been more annoyed with him if he did evict Imran because what happens when one Javeed is evicted? The other follows them out the door! If Tom had been responsible for Sukhvinder’s exit back then... Don’t lie, you would have been pissed off and who would have got the blame? Tiny Tom!

So, to a degree, I feel bad for him because he seems like a decent bloke, although sometimes I think that if needed, he could be a bit selfish. Or throw other people under the bus to make himself look better. But he was a fun housemate to watch, in all due respect to Tom and that is why is as high as he is. I’m sure most of you would have him near the bottom. If Lotan hadn’t been ejected for being such a knob and if he lasted longer... Yeah, Tom would probably be in the Bottom 10. But Lotan’s removal brought out the best in Tam, I think. Props to the guy, he played a good game.

We start with a few of Kim’s Speidi quotes.

I remember hearing “Speidi’s back and we’re better than ever!” at the start of their VT, where in reality they should have said “Speidi’s back and ****ter than ever. Their VT made them out as if they were going to be the most exciting housemates ever to have entered. Admittedly when they originally did the show, they caused a lot of controversy and riled (or ryled :hee:) a lot of people up to the point that everytime they were eligible to be nominated, they were nominated. There was 18 opportunities for them to be nominated by somebody in CBB11 and how many nominations did they get? 18! So, if this was their beginner’s round, what were they going to be like this time? Mildly irritating to others. is my answer.

Heidi stole all the “waters” (would that be water bottles, Austin?) leading to Austin labelling her as being psychotic. Spencer wouldn’t let Kim close the door, leading to a back-and-forth closing and opening match of persistence. Kim wouldn’t let Spencer enjoy his beans and his toast.

And back to nominations. They were nominated 3 times in Week 1, and I think that these were because of their reputation. James C nominated them in Week 2, because of their reputation. He also gave them a killer nomination following Chloe’s eviction, which Spencer was raging it and called him a “****ing piece of ****” and that he hadn’t seen a movie with him in it since the nineties.

What a disappointment of what could have been some very promising housemates.

Writing up Mandy makes me feel angry about Tom but then I think that we should be angry at the voters for not saving Mandy. I was shocked to see Mandy in the bottom 2, as I don’t think that she was a background character. We heard about her sex tape and then she got Lotan and Arthur to give her an eviction striptease. She was shaping up to be a surprisingly interesting housemate! OK, so pretty much everything she spoke about was sex and Charlotte (not in the same conversation) but without sounding ageist, she is 51 years old and typical over 50’s housemates haven’t been like that. Unfortunately, she is only #26 because she lasted one working week but if she stayed, I’m sure she would have been fabulous.

CBB19 was the first series where I managed to convince one of my flatmates to watch with me! I won’t name them since they don’t know I’m on here. We’ll refer to him as Will. Will decided that he was going to watch it with me because of Jamie O’Hara, which looking back on it is not a good reason to watch something for the sole reason that he is on it.

So, we watched CBB on the sofa every night (don’t even think about it!) where I was enjoying watching Kim, Coleen and Stacy. Whereas, Will was watching it for Jamie, James J and Calum. As I quietly raged inside. However, he was also a Coleen stan!

So, James J turned out to be Will’s favourite housemate and he looked genuinely annoyed when he was evicted. But I was expecting James J to be as much of a cock as he was initially in CBB14.

I’ve never hit a 70 year old (Gary Busey) before, ever!

I rank him higher because he was actually quite funny in CBB19 though. Particularly when he went fishing and ordered a McDonalds in the diary room. And I think he’s the first housemate to ever be proper shouted at by Big Brother!

Jessica clearly wanted to win. And that is a good thing. I didn’t watch the apprentice until last year (Wow, has Andrew shocked us since then) but I was aware of Jessica and her hyperactivity. So I expected a wild housemate from Jessica. So, she maybe had her occasional outburst of AHHHHHH LETS GO CRAZY all the time but I think that is a good thing for business people to be like. Maybe don’t express this in important meetings...

She seems like a nice kid. Full of beans and got a huge heart. I hear she now runs a mother’s blog online and she is now expecting her fourth child! I wish her all the best!

What a happy young man Sam is! He seems humble, polite and respectful. Now, there will be quite a few people reading this who disagree. I am aware that he was not everybody’s cup of tea, but I quite liked him. In the same way as Tom, I wasn’t as keen on him on-season but when I watched bits of it back, I realised that he was a good housemate. I’d rather not touch on Amelia at this time and instead wait for her write-up because I think that generally people prefer her over Sam relationship-wise and because she ranks higher, I think this would be better. And plus, her ranking isn’t miles away.

Number 22 is a lady called Charlotte. Not much to say, nice girl although could be bland at times. I quite liked her reservation and she did try her best to fit in with the Rose Cottage lot but I think that ultimately her alliance lay with Andrew, who we boo and hiss at. Although I liked the Thorn Cottage lot, I did like her judgement at them, which she kept between herself and Andrew. This is also a housemate that Nicky91 stanned a lot, from what I see. I joined TiBB mid-BB18, so idk who liked who at the start but, if there is one thing I will remember about Charlotte, it’s Nicky’s stanning of her.

It’s hard to justify placing Amelia at 21 because she wasn’t necessarily a fantastic housemate, actually she was pretty dull. She was just likeable and in the series she was in, she was one of the better ones but had she been put in CBB19, she would be further down on the list. As I’ve said before, CBB20 is a series full of unlikeable people and so I chose my favourite housemates based on who was the nicest, as opposed to who I found the most entertaining.

When Amelia initially got with Chad, I wasn’t sure about it but looking back, this would have been a nice storyline for the pair of them. Both of them are nice people, both of them are good looking and I would actually say that Amelia is hotter than Sarah tbh. If Chad had gotten with Amelia instead of Sarah, the pair of them would have probably gone further because Sarah was not very nice to Chad at all sometimes.

So while Chad got with Sarah, Amelia got with Sam. Again, a nice pairing, both of them were pretty harmless and it’s a better coupling than some of our recent showmances, such as Ashley and Ginuwine, Bianca and Jamie, Ellie and Sam. Except I don’t think that Amelia and Sam were a showmance. They seemed genuine (don’t even think about making the joke!!!!) and they actually liked each other. I actually wanted her to win on finale night after Chad went, but Sarah won instead :shrug:

Fan-diddly-tastic.

But they were actually really nice! The likeability factor has definitely increased since 2010. They had aged 7 years, so they were 25 now. Of course I had the odd thought like “You’re annoying me boys” or “Is this real or an act?” but they were genuinely pretty harmless all in all and they never meant any malice in what they did. Their actions never came from a nasty place, more of a stupid place because as much as I like them, I have to say, sorry but they are not clever people, despite what some housemates kept saying. In the same way that Chloe Khan is not an intelligent peron, despite what some housemates were saying.

I don’t understand why some CBB fans continue to dislike Jedward. They didn’t do anything harmful and so what, they’re energetic? I wonder if they’ve ever had a massive argument though

Definitely a complex housemate. A housemate that I didn’t intend on supporting but I think that he was absolutely invited onto the show by a recruitment company because somebody of his eccentricity does not seem like the type of person who watches Celebrity Big Brother and sees Emma begging for new housemates and thinks to himself “I bet I would make a good housemate this year.”

He was not everybody’s type of person. He was a **** stirrer and did so by acting differently but he never meant any harm by this form of **** stirring which involved removing the contents of the store room and placing them in the kitchen. When Rebecca spotted this, she would place them back into the store room only for Arthur to put them back. It’s a genius way of annoying somebody! And it leads to think what Arthur could have potentially been if he hadn’t taken the decision to remove himself, or should that be if he hadn’t left the house for reasons beyond Arthur’s own control. We can’t find out why he didn’t last and TiBB’s housemate Raph admitted himself that he can not reveal the reasons as to why he left but all I can say is that he had potential to be a fantastic housemate.

What a lovely man! And in we enter the green zone! This is the stage where I make an attempt to only say nice things about the housemates...

Positive thinking... For a start I did not know who James C was. I have never seen Braveheart nor have I ever seen Game of Thrones. So when Insaw the silhouette in the teaser, I thought Mark Labbett was going in :joker: Then when he went in, I realised that I recognised him for the Bank of Scotland advert. But no matter whether I knew him or not, it does not take away from how nice of a housemate he was. Friend to all, always kind, and warm-hearted. The type of housemate that we need more of. Equally we need more confrontational housemates (Kim) but we also need some nice people in Big Brother. With 17 housemates left, I can count 6 housemates who spent their time in the house like James C, being relaxed and being approachable. And it just so happened that those 6 housemates (apart from one, try and guess who, remembering that I’m counting him based on his time IN the house!) made at least the semi-final. Two of them even won! Today’s housemates need to stop being two-faced and be more James C!

And now I move on to his relationship with the fabulous Coleen. As I get lynched. While Kim and Nicola and Stacy were going at it, it was refreshing for James C and Coleen to see them having normal conversations that made them relatable because not many people are inclined to be so argumentative. I am more inclined to save more of this for Coleen’s write-up (which I know Epic is waiting on the edge of his seat for so look forward to that! :hee:

I like Marissa. I know that she didn’t quite live up to the Renee mafia experience but she was still a solid housemate. Although this could be potential bias, because I like Mob Wives on the same scale as Big Brother. So, to anyone else who watches Mob Wives that didn’t like Marissa, just remember... We could have got Brittany! How **** would that be? #KarenForCBB

So, when she got the killer nomination, I thought that she was safe because she was up against Karthik and Chad. But Chad, who later became much better, got the second most amount of public votes. So, when Emma announced the bottom 2 were Karthik and Marissa. I thought that it was Karthik that was going to go. He was cringe, a bad housemate, irritating and ****. Sorry. But Marissa was evicted. All the housemates were in shock because she was shaping up to be the hot, feisty one of this year and she genuinely enjoyed herself (as did Karthik, tbf) so I was too enjoying myself. On the Jordan note, that was never going anywhere. She is too smart to ever align herself with somebody like Jordan in a situation like this. So he needn’t have bothered. Mob Wives don’t do showmances, they do badass catfights! And being good housemates, like Renee and Marissa were! Watch Mob Wives btw, it’s on ITVBe on Friday nights at 11pm :)

Hannah is a complicated housemate to honestly describe. So here goes. In my opinion, she was more entertaining than Deborah. However, Deborah was more endearing than Hannah. So that explains my reasoning for having Deborah higher. I’m going to also say that most people like Hannah. However, she’s the housemate that everyone likes, but she’s nobody’s favourite housemate. She’s still a solid housemate but she gets compared to Deborah a lot. Still liking Hannah, however, everyone prefers Deborah. But Hannah is still a good housemate.

She wasn’t the easiest to live with, from what we have seen but equally she was the one who did the most for other housemates, like cooking and cleaning and being Miss Nigeria UK. And singing “Love Peace and Harmony” a lot. But it’s a solid song but it’s a shame that Chanelle could sometimes take credit for it and vice versa. Anyway, Hannah is a solid housemate!

As I head towards Thorn Cottage Crew, can we take into account that these are based on their time in the house please?

I like Imran because he went into the house with good intentions. He was one of the first to be announced before the launch and he looked like a nice man, even if he was a bit overshadowed by how iconic his wife is and even appeared to be based on the one picture they released. When in the house, he just seemed like the type of person I would like to be around because he was smart and kind to all, even if his behaviour outside of the house has been a bit “trying to fit in with the it crowd.”

I was actually pretty shocked to see him evicted tbh because I thought he was a strong character but he was evicted, and so Sukhvinder was evicted and so the series went a bit downhill. So, if they both do All Stars as seperate housemates again, SAVE IMRAN AS WELL AS SUKHVINDER!

What can I say about Raph... It’s hard because I feel obliged to not say anything negative but I will treat this as if I did other housemates. I’ll be honest, when I watched the introductory video to the first episode and I heard “I voted for Donald Trump in the last US election” I was not impressed like at all.

I wasn’t a member when BB18 launched. So I don’t have memories of ****ting myself with excitement that someone I know is going on Big Brother. I’ve looked through all the old threads. “school trip” my ass. I spent half an hour reading the BB18 launch night thread and holy **** there was a lot of chat about Raph going in. I just saw him introduce himself as Raph and thought oh ok, he’s the Trump supporter. Whereas you guys saw him and were filled with joy.

But my negative attitude changed towards him fairly quickly because he is a good guy, hence “green zone”. So like I said before, I joined the night that the second chancers went in and I saw a lot of love for Raph and then it hit me that Raph was a member of this forum. There are a lot of people here who really like Raph, the first coming to mind being Nicky91 with his obsession of his green shorts and let’s face it, crush on Raph and I can see why everyone likes him. Even speaking to him post-BB18, nice genuine guy.

However! I don’t know why but he seemed like the most obvious runner up ever. Even on launch, I thought “Yep, 2nd place for you” even though he technically was the winner at that stage. I enjoyed his friendship with Chanelle, I enjoyed his Thorn Cottage crew. Just Raph living his dream.

The Trisha before Trisha, had it not been for Kim and Jedward being the ones to hate, I think Stacy could have been this series’s “big person.” She started off strong and there was never a point that I disliked her, unlike my flatmate Will (the James J and Jamie stan who we don’t like :hee:) who hated her. I had no idea who she was, I just liked her based on her VT. And then she entered and I liked her. She just had a way about her that was a little bit Renee Graziano but also a bit Cami-Li at the same time.

So what people remember Stacy most is being “edited out of the show” which means that you get to sit out of the tasks and you have to wear a beige hoodie. She also did not like Jasmine or Kim very much and she made this obvious. Then she was evicted over JAMIE? and NICOLA? I don’t bloody know.

Stacy absolutely deserved to go over Nicola since at least with Nicola you can see where she comes from in things and she wasn't nearly as repetitive or exhausting as Stacy was sometimes. Incredibly spiteful and vindictive to Jessica and Kim and partly only based it on them arriving ten days late is horrifyingly bitter and asinine. Jessica somehow surviving a vote to save and it happening against Stacy was a great thing to witness :love:

Sorry RileyH! Brandi’s amazing but she is amazing in small doses. Otherwise, she would probably be around the Top 10 mark. When she’s great, she’s iconic as ****. By that I mean when she is drunk, she is iconic as ****. But she has moments when she begins to grate but it is never for often as she redeems herself. Brandi Glanville is an iconic queen!

Brandi’s friendship with Helen was everything, kinda her girly girl pal that she would never have ordinarily met in the outside world and this was the same with Ariadna in CBBUS which reminds me that if I do a 2018 housemate ranking, I need to review Brandi again, but I actually really like Brandi. She’s an acquired taste but I like her. And how was she evicted over Derek and Paul?

Queen! Introverted yet hilarious, classy yet sassy... I can not fault Helen Lederer. Admittedly she was not the most interesting housemate but she engaged me in a way that I did not expect. She is weird and wonderful and everything one should aspire to be in life :laugh:

She might not have been the most entertaining housemate of the series but you can not deny that she was likeable. I think that likeability is the most important trait in the Big Brother house because not only will it help you progress further, but you will keep your dignity and not have lost respect from others upon your exit. Helen Lederer is an inspiration and I want to know her in real life. Helen, I salute you as we enter... The Top 10!
