I went there today and yes the idiots at Applause Store did not let me know that it was cancelled either, all they said was that we need to take it up with Applause Store as it was not their problem, the people we spoke to knew nothing about the show until they rang BB and asked them, so why would they give you a tour?

I think this person how presumably went to BBLB today is truly 100% lying,
I have had tickets for BBLB pilot show (the first one ever with audience on, that's why they needed a pilot) It was cancelled due to a time thing and that It was going to be made without audience. They gave us all a ticket instead for the actual first BBLB live on 31st of may.
