For attention and exposure see Joey Essex on the show who made a lot of money but still goes on Rtv shows. Going on rtv loads of times doesn’t always mean money or someones not having money.

Joey Essex actually has a personality and a successful career though and is a well known name - hence why he gets paid. Georgina has achieved nothing each time and probably doesn't even get paid to appear
