Tbh with the move to the new stadium you want to hope that Tottenham can finish in the top 6 as moving stadiums has knocked better teams about than Tottenham in the past.
I would like Tottenham to win a Premier League, but I would be realistic and wait another 2 or 3 years before that becomes a possibility.

Well no because we will have a better defence
Since VVD came in our defenced played better all he needs is a stronger parter then Loveren and we are sorted
We could have an attack of Mane, Firmino, Salah, Fekir and possibly Dembele next season and that will be frightening for any team to face

Onto the match.
Better than I was expecting.
No idea, not one clue where Ramsey was playing today. He looked like he was playing as a kind of second striker, always level with our most advance man with ozil more as a midfielder.. If these are the roles they are to play and Ozil is going to be so anonymous, again, in a big match, then I see no reason for Ozil to be in the team. And once again Ozil was anonymous in a big game.
Great to see Emery looking worried on the touchline. Its finally dawning on him how much work he needs to do with these players. This is not gonna be easy for him so lets see how hee does.

Kevin de Bruyne: Manchester City midfielder out for three months
Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne will be out for three months because of a knee injury.
The Belgium international, a second-half substitute in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Arsenal, suffered the injury in training on Wednesday.
City say De Bruyne, 27, has a lateral collateral ligament lesion in his right knee, but does not need surgery.

Two games, two defeats but I#d still say Emery is doing quite well.
He did one thing that pleased me when he took Ozil off after 60 minutes - something Wenger would never have done. Ozil was awful, by far our worst player and when you take into account Xhaka was taken off at half time it shows how poor Ozil was again in a big game.#
EDIT - And Lucas Torreira has got to start games. He will quickly become our most important player

Well done to Liverpool for extending their lead at the top of the table and of course topping the table at Christmas.
If I was to be completely honest I completely laughed off Liverpool at the start of the season when the pundits were claiming that they'd challenge Man City for the title as Liverpool in my lifetime are normally lucky if they can finish 3rd (bar two seasons where they finished 2nd) and until Allison came to the club they had really below par Goalkeepers as their number 1 & 2 choices, Allison can make the odd howler, but overall him and Van Dijk are the massive difference between Liverpool of last season and the Liverpool of this season.
Do I see Liverpool winning it season after season? Nope, but I do think that they have a great chance at doing this season and I would like one of Liverpool or Spurs to do it this season as I feel that Man City will win plenty of more trophies in years to come, heck if they don't go onto win the treble this year.

We have a game in hand only lost once and have a better run up then the others we still got thisThere's no such thing as a better run in of games, football games are not won on paper, you will be playing Premier league teams all the way.

That's exactly how it went with Man City earlier in the season
It's perfectly possible that liverpool will win all their remaining games, but teams do tend to make mistakes in the run in, and its the one that makes the fewest mistakes that will win in the end

Ranieri sacked by Fulham.
Hard to disagree with it but Fulham strike me as a bland, soulless club who thought they could just throw money around and secure survival, so I don't see how Scott Parker (caretaker manager) is going to turn things around. Absolutely hopeless defence, Le Marchand might be the worst player in the PL at the moment.

I'd keep Fulham up, no problem, but they don't ask me if I want the job. Fools.
Old school managing, none of your modern day tactical bollox.
Take that Chelsea keeper last week, If he was my player, I'd have gone on the pitch and dragged him off by his hair, then kicked him up the tunnel and fined him a months wages. He'd soon learn who's the boss.

I could only imagine it in your country with Ajax, they're probably seen as the Man Utd or Real Madrid of the Eredivisie which means other teams should be prepared to be facing 12 men.
It's not right though obviously, and hopefully VAR will fix this issue of blatantly favouring the big teams in matches.

Sky Sports always defend the officials when they do something incompetent.
Heck there was an ex-Referee on Sky Sports News yesterday defending the officials at West Brom vs Birmingham that he tried to claim that the officials got it right over the penalty decision, and probably the only person that thinks that opinion.
Basically imo the Linesman should've been better positioned for the first Chelsea goal, and even where his standing he should still be able to tell that Azpilicueta was offside as it's not exactly like Willian is the tallest player in the league.
A really poor defence from Jamie Carragher imo, and a new low for that Channel which has already been hitting some lows in recent weeks.

According to The Villa Channel, Cardiff's third penalty claim should've been given today against Burnley.
I just want to say join the club Cardiff and it's fans, you're the Premier League version of us by the looks of things where the officials don't give your side anything.
If you're a Brighton fan on here then you want to celebrate facing Cardiff soon as you'll be playing with 14 men.
