Rosie Williams, 25, spoke out after former Islander Sophie Gradon, from Newcastle, died suddenly on Friday, saying ITV chiefs have 'given her so much support.

The woman at the centre of a big Love Island bust-up with Newcastle's Adam Collard has revealed she is getting psychological help after being dumped from the villa.

Rosie Williams, 25, spoke out after former Islander Sophie Gradon, from Newcastle, died suddenly on Friday, saying ITV chiefs have "given her so much support."

Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday , the Welsh beauty said: "The support is constantly there. As everyone saw, I went on an emotional rollercoaster – and a lot of what happened wasn’t on TV.

"I have access to a psychologist if I need it. Everyone at Love Island has said if I need anything for the rest of my life, they’re just a phone call away. I have their numbers and I will never be afraid to ring them.”

It comes after Adam Collard was branded “emotionally abusive” by a women’s charity over his attitude and actions towards Rosie on ITV2’s Love Island .

The Geordie, 22, was blasted after he grinned while she was crying and demanded his baseball cap back – making her appear desperate.

He also questioned her version of many incidents.

He then continued as he spoke of “insecure behaviour”.

Damage control. Won’t bring Sophie back but if it helps Rosie and future contestants it’s a start.

I'm not surprised she has needed help after how she was treated on the show.

Being dumped off the show is obviously part of the concept but going from being intimate with someone to being dumped the next day and laughed at by him when confronted must be heartbreaking.

Exactly. Can't stand Adam and hope he goes next.

They all have access to help if they need it . Unfortunately some people are just very fragile and less likely to ask for help. My brother was the same.
