The worst part is getting restless leg when I'm on the very edge of sleep mode... then I have to wake up and start shaking my feet, massaging, etc... it's very random...

well last night before i went to sleep, i saw this huge truck parked right before my house, probably from some people who lives few doors down the block from where we live, or from this weird guy, who usually has loads of drugs at his place, one time i was working in our front garden and i saw him loading up his car with blue packages (possibly the drugs idk)


i guess where i live it's lower than the ghetto :joker:

basically my point is, i couldn't sleep with this in mind, i think i did fall asleep around 1.00

In 2014 i used to have it and the worst case i had was unable to sleep until 4:30am

A lot of insomnia is cause by lifestyle and consumption

no caffeine or chocolate after 5 pm

go to bed at a regular time and get up early and regularly and you will sleep properly

Scott i would wager keeps irregular sleeping hours and likes to drink - both are not conducive to good sleep

unless you publish your sleep times of going to bed and wake up plus your diet and alcohol consumption (plus what exercise you have completed) its hard to advise you what to do?
