He wasn’t an arsehole. All he did was be honest that he didn’t have feelings for someone and apparently, he is hated for it when’s honesty is more important than fakery.

But didn't you hate Ellie when she was honest with him and didn't want to mess him about so broke up with him?

he was a hypocritical, egotistical boy who treats woman like ****e. the producers lulled everyone into thinking he was awkward and shy, and then his true colours showed when he started to referring to woman being on the 'substitute bench' and being possessive and manipulating to our el, to only do the exact same but 10 times worst to alexandra (who iconically shut him down) and treated her like she was what the cat fookin dragged in

His final relationship, Alexandra, was treated poorly by him. After they decided to call it off, she moved on and was rejected. Alex and Alexandra were forced to recouple at the final recoupling whereby she decided to give it another shot. It went fairly well and shortly after their final date he dumped her as he thought it wouldn't go anywhere. He basically just strung her along to stay in the show.

he also overstayed his welcome far too long which added to him annoying me, he added nothing to the show and was never actually in a proper couple yet made it to the penultimate episode when we lost massive characters thanks to him, he indirectly is a big reason IMO why a lot of people were disappointed by the series

but at least ellie didn't string him along, she said it to him then n there, where as he just didn't speak to alexandra for 2 weeks so he could stay in and then told her he wouldn't have coupled up with new laura which was just a blatant lie

At the time Alex and Samira were way better than Charlie and Hayley (she hated him :laugh:) and Samira found ha man so I'm glad they stayed

As much as I wanted Hayley to Stay, there was no way Alex and Samira were leaving that Week. The girls had the Chance to finally get rid of him in Week 3 and Bottled it.

but its clearly the majority because thats how press works, they write stories which will gain popularity, if they did an article on people being sad he's left and included tweets they would have significant less likes, the reason they did people are relieved is because it's the majority, i'm not saying he didn't have supporters but the majority of ppl were glad to see him go

Not read this thread cba but no, Alex’s Personality is quite close to nothing and his insta videos from last night are honestly tragic, he’s not gonna make it on TV at all
