I just realised they didn't use the other house at all in CBB, not even the garden. Could it be that it really is just the biggest waste of money ever now or have they been busy doing it up for something big? Probably the first :shrug:

For some reason they built a new task room in the current house despite having a massive other house + garden to do the tasks.
