Why is it ok even as a joke for him to say those things about woman's private bits ??!! that was a bit extreme the way he described it ! . He basically said a woman looks like she's been battered down there WT actual hell   . I know they were all talking about sexual stuff but that was weird what he said.

Oh ffs why are people on this forum so easily offended?

Women say penis's look like aliens all the time lol.

Can we just stop with the pc **** now?
Imagine BB5 or BB6 aired now they would be pulled off the air due to "fans" continually complaining on whats correct to say.

I only brought it up because his conversation was probably the worst graphically yet Isaac & Lewis G get called sleazebags for talking about sex in the garden . It's not fair is it .

Yet you didn't even mention that in the original post?

You weren't offended you are just being offended because you think it may offend others yet none of the females in the room were offended.

Its a real issue with BB viewers.

Well i find it bizarre how certain people get a pass and others don't  .

Most of the housemates talked about sex in tonight's HL show so surely they're all horny ? and have sex on their mind .

I think Anamelia was seriously toying with the idea of being offended and making an issue out of it. But she was too much enjoying the fact everyone was having fun with her while Lewis F was sitting alone, so she didn't want to give that up. She was reveling in it.

But seriously, she was very close to starting a fight over it.

She was itching for a fight all day... the things she was saying in the garden in the afternoon were so worrying.

Its a different situation though seeing as Tomasz has never experienced a vagina because he is a massive homosexual

Why over think it? It didn't offend you so stop acting offended on the behalf of women everywhere.

Well i'm a woman and i found it a weird thing for him to say especially if he's never experienced it . I don't care about people saying private bits are ugly as all kinds of people say that , even Kenaley made that comment about men .

But it was as if Tomasz wanted a reaction so took it further , that's my thought but obviously he like's being melodramatic  .

It felt like he had to go extra with it for a reaction , as someone else mentioned Ana near enough got offended but backtracked as she sees Tomasz as harmless .

NO Ponty you're not listening to what i'm saying  .

I don't see your point I think people over reacting to housemates comments over the years and complaining to Ofcom has stifled Big Brother and made it less of a talking point about social situations and BB having to shut them down by ejecting housemates because they need to be politically correct.

They let the Ryan And Roxy situation play out in CBB and it made for brilliant tv and discussion...It was also so relevant to todays #MeToo society which what has made BB as famous as it is

Do you see my point?

Yeah the reaction being laughter. that's what happens in a group when you're all being silly. Someone says something (e.g. vaginas are ugly) and people laugh, then someone else will take it further and say something more extreme (e.g. they look like a hatchet wound) and get a bigger laugh.

So yes he was being more extreme to get a reaction, I don't understand the problem though?

Like i said if one of the other guys said that then a massive argument would of kicked of between Ana and the person :bored: . And as i said most of the housemates were talking about sex and who's the most attractive etc so yeah.

But that's more because Ana looks for any excuse to have an argument rather than because it was actually an offensive thing to say (which it wasn't).

At the end of the day GoldHeart was apparently offended by the comment hence the thread which we "have to respect".

The whole "if a straight housemate said it" to me seems like bs as you openly said in a post that you dislikes Tomasz and it seems like you're using him to create a feminist situation which isn't there...He openly stated he loved women but didn't find them sexually attractive.

I grew up as a teenager in the 90's and early 2000's when we called vaginas gash and bum holes hoop and it was considered funny and had no pc agenda attached to it.

Im so thankful I grew up in an era where people didn't look into non situations.

If you cant see you're being overly pc then this thread is going nowhere.

I wasn't offended and i'm not overly PC , I already explained that the whole HL show was sexual yet certain people get a PASS that's all i'm saying. And Tomasz clearly wanted a reaction .

I never said i disliked Tomasz atall :nono: , now you're putting words into my mouth . I think he might get more annoying but from the beginning i actually found him funny when he rolled his eyes at Lewis G and when he hid in the killer coin task .

I found his comments funny. Sorry if that offends anyone! And I didn't think he was over-exaggerating but really did see women's bits in that way, and I guess that's what made it amusing to me.

I thought it was harmless as he was just talking in general about a part of the human anatomy rather than directing it at someone in particular. And everyone else just laughed and continued along the theme, so it didn't seem to cause offence.

I don't think it's a particularly uncommon thought for gay men tbh. One of my gay friends practically has a phobia :umm2:.

I imagine it's due to simply not having much / any experience of actual vaginas, and having distorted / confused ideas of what they're actually all about :joker:.

Meh, maybe its where I am from/the people I know, but I hear **** like that often, always from men. Axe wound, is whats usually used.

However, I do actually find penises ugly, so I cannot moan about someone saying that about vaginas

19-09-2018, 12:54 PM
^ Lol, Vicky, penises are very nice :hmph:

Tbh, I too heard that stuff about vaginas looking like a wound etc. The slang term gash comes to mind, men use it, straight men use it. So I wouldn't make too much of the fact that Tomasz is gay and I deffo wouldn't look for mother issues.
The reasons are complex I'd imagine, like men's views of women are complex.
Agree tho that it is an unpleasant and brutal comparison. And doesn't make much sense as other body orifices could be described in similar way, mouth for example. Anus looks like a hole in skin made by forcing a stick through it until it punctures it producing radiating skin wrinkles in the process.
Vaginas dont' look bad, they look cute and mysterious :)
