Anamelia does not deserve all the hate, What has she done that bad ?

I agree she can be annoying AF and yeah I think she talks BS sometimes. But I do also believe she is being her, yet shes being punished for it by other housemates for what exactly for being herself speaking her mind? What has she done to anyone thats that bade :shrug:

First impressions I didn’t like her personality but as she develops she is unveiling why she is the way she is (with her stories as one of the examples but not in a literal sense more so just the fact she has to lie about her life to seem interesting..’ I’ve always found her interesting but I’m starting to dislike her less ig

I dont think she is in the least fake. I think she is totally being herself. She is fiercely competitive like she told Kay in the task where they had to hold up the coins and when she is competing she doesnt want to give up. She is brassy and loud and doesnt hold back but I reckon this is what she is in real life. I also think that if you look hard enough there is a vulnerability also that she is really trying to hide. I am hoping she isnt voted out when (love her or loathe her) she has been a HUGE part in the series so far.

...no I don’t think she deserves any hate for sure...she’s done nothing to be hated for...but I can see why she annoys and irritates so much as BB are allowing her to dominate air time...which will only appeal to her fans ...so she has to go, sadly....thems the breaks Anamelia...the house is not one person and one person’s story...and it would probably have to be extended until Spring next year to fit the whole Anamelia story in with everything you need to say and explain....:sad:..

I find her funny, her personality is so grating to the other housemates, she was right when she said "you guys just don't like me" one of the Lewis's was ready to self evict to get away from her (I love her)

She is a nightmare but I don't hate her, I feel quite bad for her. She's clearly a deeply unhappy person. Plus the "angry intervention" from the group of girls wasn't pleasant to watch, no matter who was on the receiving end.

...she’s only a nightmare because BB are giving her so much screen time...there are other nightmares in there slipping under the radar because the screen time isn’t being equally portioned out...but yeah, she has to go because of that...because it can’t become her show...shame Lewis G couldnt be put in her suitcase to leave with her...

I think the poor girl has a deep sadness and despite her constantly insisting "I'm just me and I don't want to change", she's a person who needs to do a LOT more soul-searching if she ever wants to be happy. She "doesn't want to" change because she's scared to; she's built herself a suit of armour because she's clearly deeply insecure, and if she addresses that, she'll fall apart. But honestly she's someone who really needs to fall apart, so that she can put herself back together without all of the mess that's locked in there right now.

The realest thing she's said in there is when she said "I think I ruined my mother's life, I don't think I was wanted". I think she genuinely believes that about herself and that forms the basis of her entire personality.

I don't hate her at all though, I think she's one of the most interesting housemates BB has had. Though I do also find Lewis G to be a fascinating contradiction. I wouldn't be friends with either of them but like them both a lot as housemates :shrug:.

...yeah but I don’t see how any of that has any bearing on what I said though, TS...she has to go is the top and bottom of it for me...BB is not a place of ‘therapy’..it’s not somewhere to address these things ...or any sadnesses or issues in life etc...it’s not a place to give screen time to that either...because people’s lives are too real for that as well...she has to go, whatever her nightmares are...and not one of us is equipped in any way to fully analyse or label either ....

I don't like Anamelia, and truly couldn't bear to share a house with her. However, I think you have made some really interesting points here which are worth consideration.

I also agree with you that it would be better for someone like Sian to go, as she has barely contributed anything. Brooke has more potential as a housemate so I wouldn't want to see her go.

Love her or loathe her, Anamelia's behaviour definitely triggers responses in other housemates which help us to learn more about them as individuals, and I think she needs to stay for another week.

it may be because the since the series just started, whoever is the most "annoying" out of everyone is going to get a lot more hate since they're standing out so much amongst a group of people who are still more or less "toned down" versions of themselves since it's still the beginning

She IS that bad. People who like her are blind to the amount of airtime her fake drama is taking over. This is the kind of **** that makes people hate this show. One singular character taking over with tons of fake drama. Lewis is right up there with her although his seems more like a mental thing then trying to be dramatic for fame like Amelia. It's draining to watch the show each night and constantly have to listen to her go over the same generic talking over of people and victimizing of herself. Like, be fun and entertaining. That **** she is doing gets so old so fast. She's tried reality tv **** before. This isn't "real".
