I guess we should channel our frustration at these things in a constructive way, and this seems to be the way Channel 5 responds. If we can get enough complaints lodged, maybe it'll change something.

i really hope they release EVERY single voting figure for every series after it's over but i doubt it :(

They'll give you expensive live feed because you emailed in a huff about a show they've axed and are burning the remainder of after 10pm?

Why email them when you can phone them?
Look up the phone number - be a proud BB fan and talk - I had to do it when catch up was messing up the adverts and I will have to do it again tomorrow as they re still messing up the adverts. Just phone em. You will probably get through to a guy called Chris. Remember you live in a student house with at least ten people watching in the living room (the more viewers the more they will care)
