Nominating someone doesn't always mean you feel animosity towards them. He was reluctant even making the nomination and clearly didn't dislike her, perfectly reasonable that he's sick of hearing Lewis badmouth her to comfort his own ego.

Hes just going so over the top.
..yeah he nominated her because he knew how unhappy she was and she just wasn’t feeling a fit in the house...as he’s said...she’ll be sat at home much happier now ......he didn’t nominate her because they hadn’t gelled or any type of negative reason...he had been the first to say good morning to her and welcome her back after she spent the last night in the spare room...

I guess he's fed up of hearing about Kay .
It's weird how upset him & Zoe got at her departure though. They never seemed close to her .

..I think his reaction is more to Lewis going over the top, Vanessa.....

i think drink played a significant part, and perhaps some guilt at not intervening at appropriate points ... who knows

That's exactly my point.

...yeah that’s the thing...It’s driving Cian crazy that it’s still being talked about in terms of paranoia about what Kay be saying ....

..I think it’s always going to be upsetting to see someone so unhappy they’ve decided to leave their experience...and probably brings home thoughts to the surface as well, of seeing their own loved ones...

They literally mirrored each others behaviour .
Maybe alcohol played a part but just seemed odd . Kay reckons a lot was edited out ,of them all helping her pack her suitcases and apparently they had a joke about the whole fire exit door but they never showed us .

Always an easy reason to give for a nom.

But it's the truth, plenty nommed her because she wanted to go home.

Kay was an easy nom as she wanted to leave, anyway that has nothing to to with Cians current stance, Lewia is saying Kay deliberately left to make him look bad....as i have been saying all along, its all about him

It is indeed.
If you consider someone a sort of friend even, acting in their interests is not to subject them to a tense few days worrying about being evicted, waiting for the announcement, then finally possibly going out to a hostile crowd.
If you care for their feelings, you'd try to persuade them to leave if they really were stressing out.

It just seems a bit odd to me. First he nominates Kay, then he makes such a fuss when she leaves?

Also, any chance that Cian will tell all this to Lewis face or will he just keep going behind his back?
