I honestly don't think you could get much better than Rylan

He is a natural: gets on with all types of people without ever being fake.
Emma often ruffles feathers and makes very clear who she does and doesn't like; Rylan is very fair and brings out the best in everyone

He has a quick wit and a comfortably silly self-deprecating sense of humour

He also respects his trade and is very knowledgeable with the entire BB history and also with many celebrities and entertainers of the past and present

Who could replace him? No one we've seen so far.
