Welp. I thought they were doing it as a laugh because they were aware the paparazzi were about but obviously not

So predictable! i knew they'd use dumb excuses and blame the alcohol . Stupid & immature  :bored: .
If the paparazzi never caught them ,they'd continue like nothing happened. They're sorry they got caught.

Feel genuinely shocked!

Makes it worse that we saw his wife clapping along proud of him and crying on Saturday and on the results last night Neil and Katya were dancing together!

When they are next on it takes two it will be awkward unless they just don't discuss it which is the obvious thing

I said that he is an idiot - it's clear as the sun. it didn't "went over my head", Marsh, you know I'm not into this tone of yours.

I'm not too keen on the whole notion of "we as women should empower each other out of relationships like this". It's generalizing women as poor voiceless victims - which is exactly what she's trying to brush off.
You dated an idiot that cheated on you (shocking, people cheat) and called you a psycho (shocking #2, people in toxic relationships call each other names) - not everything is bigger than life.
She's saying it like he kept her in captivity in an underground cell...

You used the word "abuse" not her.

But, now you also wish she had described her relationship differently, as though you know it better than she does?

But, now you also wish she had described her relationship differently, as though you know it better than she does?

She's using the terminology of it ("free", "controlling"), it's enough to understand how she has experienced it. And to be honest, I'm not quite bothered about it - if it what it is, then fine.
It's that projecting her personal experience on to something big and turning to "any woman out there". It doesn't have to always be about women as a whole... Not every personal experience is an invitation to become "inspirational" to mankind. Good for you for moving away from your idiot boyfriend, but yeah... that's about it.

Yeah, what a cow for getting out of what appears to be a bit of a controlling relationship and telling other people in the same boat "Believe in yourself. You can do it too!" Who does she think she is being all nice.

You just took what she actually said and took it to extreme proportions because for some reason it offended you.

if he dances well, judges will either way just make sure he is bottom of the leaderboard, and then rigging the voting lines so no one can vote for him, making sure he is bottom 2 and goes home (even with a good dance)

Who hasn't had a drunken snog at some point, and regretted it?

I like Seann. I hope he stays. It's no one else's business but those involved. Unless we're suddenly going to be the conscience of everyone who ever takes part in Strictly.

For an enlightened, accepting society, when it suits, we're right back to being po faced Victorians judging other people when really, it's no one else's business than the two involved and their partners.

I love when Britain gets on its soapbox and calls for people to be persecuted for a mistake that can be dealt with by those involved, it must be great to be perfect and never have made any form of mistake, calling for them to be removed from the show cause they played tonsil tennis is the most hilarious reaction I’ve seen for a while, just let them fail on their own, I’m personally looking forward to the awkwardness on Saturday.

I don’t watch the show, I can’t say that I had ever heard of Seann before the show (same goes for a lot of them this year, and a lot more than usual) but I think that he probably should quit because people aren’t going to take them seriously now, are they? honestly, Seann seemed wooden to me, his Paso had many wow factor elements, but now for the charleston you need to be light on your feet, and he stomps more around, and this negative media attention also doesn't do him any favours

overall if you take away the matrix show elements in the paso, it wouldn't look good, it was more matrix than paso ;)

I think his dancing was different last week, miles better... he was more engaged and focused and much more reactive to his partner. A bit like Natasha Kaplinski, who was completely wooden until she slept with Brendan Cole.

like i had said, his dance last week was different and had wow factor because of all the unique matrix slow mo choreography, but as a paso it wasn't good, i prefer paso's to the traditional music, with amazing spanish lines, shapings, but for movie week his matrix paso was good enough i guess

Did she? :omgno: I didn't watch back then

Ha, maybe it's an advanced training trick: get intimate with them to make them lose inhibitions in dancing :hee:
Clever Katya, let's hope a simple kiss did the trick ;)

Feel genuinely shocked!

Makes it worse that we saw his wife clapping along proud of him and crying on Saturday and on the results last night Neil and Katya were dancing together!

When they are next on it takes two it will be awkward unless they just don't discuss it which is the obvious thing

Soooo awkward & messy .I bet Neil will forgive her though .

Can't believe BBC news actually reported this stupid story though  .

Apparently though it's not the first time Seann has been a sleaze bag , the poor girlfriend is well rid of him ! .
