Basically he is a billy no mates in real life. He is celibate through choice, or so he says and he has no guts or confidence around men, which is why he hangs on to cammeron the boy. Personally I think he is gay himself but is too macho to admit it. He is socially inept around women and his liking of the new girl who is throwing herself at him, will come to nothing.
