I really didn't see this as any attempt at a showmance. They weren't actually in bed with each other but lying on top of it fully clothed, and there was little contact between them really. He has done this with others too, and was more affectionate with Brooke.

Lots of housemates lay on the same bed together, and I just think it's a need for the comfort of some human contact.

What struck me as strange was the fact they have spoken so negatively about each other and then laid together like that. Maybe there is a physical attraction between them but I don't think they truly connect as people, and I don't think Lewis is the type to get into a showmance, as he is too guarded. Imo, the most he might do is mess around with her a bit, as he enjoys the feeling that someone is attracted to him.

However, I really didn't read too much into the bed thing.
