Those names were coined by Emma Wills and viewers at the time. Emma said it on one of the Bit on the Side episodes. I think it was during Lauren or Caroline's episode of BOTS after their eviction. I've seen BB13 countless times and not once have I heard either group refer to each other as the ''insiders and outsiders''
