Would the producers actually do that after all the accusations of them trying to keep Lewis in, knowing full well the last person he'd ever evict is Lewis?

People have pointed out that it's unlikely there will be a public vote tonight after Hussain is evicted because it's not even being filmed live. So if the public aren't choosing, it's going to be the housemates or a housemate.

I’d SCREAM if that’s what happened and we got rid of Hussain and Akeem in the same episode, that would be truly joyful

Hope he does...just because things fall in Lewis's favour doesn't mean everything is fixed.
Cameron happens to be leading with coins...that wasn't a fix. They always said that coins give you power..it's going to effect noms at some stage.

It sounds like the housemates will evict out of the bottom 2/3 in the poll. So I expect a nasty result (or Isabella as an easy way out)...

It'll be a joke if he plays along with such a twist, after he announced that eviction by a housemate is appalling and that he will never speak to this person again.

in the teaser vid they talk about a big housemate decision .... but we were also told its a flash vote .... so .... who knows :shrug:
