Of course not. Lewis was the one who got Lewis ejected. Cameron owes him nothing. Yes Lewis would have walked it if he didn't do whatever he did, but its tough. Bad timing Lewis.

In the context he doesn't need to but I actually think he will.
That would be a great gesture.
Whether it's half or some, would be for him to decide.

but to play devils advocate here, if the ejection is as unfair and over a minor slip of the tongue and given their great bond to the point of considering themselves brothers, would that not count for anything :laugh:
