No, a housemate who was getting less than half the votes Cameron was getting the other day is not going to suddenly start getting 5 times as many as him in the space of an hour. That happens because someone is multivoting for that particular individual.

The person (or persons) who has done this for Cian has hacked the poll. It's not as simple as just voting again and again (which you cannot ordinarily do on the Tellymix poll). Explain how Jermaine who was at the bottom of every poll was at the top of the Tellymix poll once? It was because of the very hacking/rigging/multivoting that has almost certainly led to Cian receiving so many votes over the last however many hours.

Well no, it's not. You could see both Cian's and Zoe's votes going up at a ridiculous rate yesterday (I was pointing this out to you!). The poll had been hacked and somebody was adding votes to their totals which led to Cian overtaking Akeem and Zoe having twice as many votes as Brooke who she had previously only had a few more votes than.

Actually the bookies were close to where Tellymix was before the poll was hacked. Cameron fave, Akeem second. Cian a distant third, then the girls relatively close together.

That is exactly how the Tellymix poll looked 48 hours ago. Since then it's been totally rigged in favour of both Cian and Zoe.

I've told everyone on this thread what is going on. Somebody has hacked the poll and is voting continuously for Cian, and thrown quite a few Zoe's way as well.

Nope. Lewis topped every poll regardless. He consistently topped the one here as well which still looks very similar to how the Tellymix poll looked before the hacking.

We can't. But I was in yesterday for a few hours posting about how Cian's and Zoe's votes were going through the roof. Page 3 of this thread covers all of this. Sometimes you can see it going on in front of you. But you only need to take a couple of looks at polls to know something is amiss. There's no way somebody can go from 12% to 26% like Cian has.

Not necessarily. Brooke, Zoe and Sian were all pretty close. Cian wasn't that far ahead of Sian. Any 2 of those 4 could go imo.

I'd be more worried about more subtle hacking. For example current poll on here has less than 60 votes between 1st and 2nd which equals on average 1 extra vote every 2 hours. If someone can send Cian and Zoe to the top someone could easily add a vote to one of the favourites every 2 hours and it would go unnoticed.

Polls should be for registered users it's too easy to multi-vote.

Looks to me like someone just keeps coming back and voting for Cian repeatedly and throwing some to Zoe as well. Both Cian and Zoe remain on top of the BB Spy poll having polled a ridiculous amount of votes there. That poll only opened the other day.

The figures for Cian and Zoe are ridiculous given how the votes were originally coming in. Cameron and Akeem were well clear. The fact that someone seems to have done the same to the BB Spy poll (where they are still 1 & 2) confirms to me that somebody has definitely been rigging the polls and repeatedly voting for both of them. I observed this happening in the moment two days ago - you can read about this on pages 2 and 3 of this thread.

Brooke's vote is surprisingly low now compared to Sian's. Sian was always polling slightly better than Brooke on Tellymix, but now she's polling considerably better. That suggests some foul play to me.

I think after Lewis's departure the polls were likely to be less reliable as people got their bearings back and decided who they wanted to win without him in the running. But now this poll, which used to be the most accurate, is way off-kilter.

This fake poll rigging seems to have given Cian a genuine momentum boost. People are more likely to support someone if they think they're popular and have a realistic chance of winning. I notice he's 3rd on here now from bottom at the beginning of the week, must be polling 20%+ last 100 votes? or is this poll rigged too!

From those numbers we have these %'s from 286 votes;

Cameron: 32.8
Akeem: 27
Cian: 15.7
Sian: 9.1
Brooke: 10.1
Zoe: 5.2

So the trend is more votes for Cian and over the last hundred votes he may be mid 20%. So the tellymix poll which has him at 27.7% is actually more accurate than the 10.8% on here :laugh:

For him to get to the 27.7% on Tellymix from the 12-13% he was on he's had to get 39% of all votes cast since he was at 12-13%. That's obviously absurd.
